The Past was a Lie and the Future's a Bitch

CC's P.O.V Date: December 13

I get to take Alex to school today sense Andy's to lazy to and plus I asked if I could. I really wanted to see what her life was like before all this happened. I also just want to hang out with her without Andy's eyes burning in the back of my skull. I mean, yea I think she's beautiful, but I would never date her because I still have feelings for Luaren and she's fucking 16. I have no plans for jail just becuase my penis wanted to get shagged, I'll just go get a hooker or do what Ashley does and wait after shows for a groupie. Andy is just stupid I guess.

I decided to get out of bed and help Alex get ready before I got ready myself. When I got in there, she was already dressed. I gave her a confused look and she showed me that the boot on her leg comes off. I helped her to the bathroom so she could do her makeup. Sense she didn't need anymore help, I went back and got ready myself. This getting up at 6 just so we could leave by 7 shit was stupid.

I carried Alex to the car because Andy put the chair back in the back seat last night sense it took to much time and energy to put it in there in the morning. We drove to the school in silence sense Alex kept nodding off. When we got to the school I got her wheelchair out and we went to the office to sign me in as a guest. It took forever but it was worth it because I got a cool badge with my name on it.

Even though we still had ten minutes till the bell rang, we went to Alex's first hour. Which was art. I could tell she was excited about it and with the drawings I saw on her walls I could see why.

The bell finally rung and everyone came pilling in. We went the next few hours with nothing exciting happening and now it was lunch and the school was having sausage pizza and I would be damned if I wasn't getting some.

We finally sat down at a table with a set of boy twins, two girls, and one other boy.

"Hey, where's Andy at," a girl with long brown hair asked. "I mean, CC's good but, Andy."

"CC wanted to come today and Andy let him," Alex expained. "Plus, Andy has a girlfriend and he's my brother now, I don't need to hear anything about him from you."

The girl started to giggle. "Why don't want to hear how I would do stuf....."

"Exactly," Alex quickly interuppted. "Anyway, CC, this is Kay." She pointed to the girl she was just talking to. "That's Sofie," she pointed to a girl that had purble and blue hair. "Those two are Kyle and Kevin." She motioned to the twins. "And he's Jack." She pointed to the blonde haired boy that was sitting next to me. "Their all fucking crazy and will probably have you running for the hills in just five minutes."

"We try," Sofie beamed. "We try at being the weirdest people you'll ever fucking know. Oh and Jack I dear you to put some pudding on the pizza and eat it."

"What do you thing I was going to do," Jack mocked. "I'm not a freak. I mean, who actually eats there pizza plain. Such weirdos."

"Much retarded," Kyle popped up and started laughing afterwards.

"Yea you are," remarked Kay.

"You guys aren't weird," I butted in. "You're just like me."

"I'm not sure that's a good thing," Alex laughed which made everyone else laugh as well.

"Now Zaria, that wasn't very nice," Kyle wheezed out.

"I don't give a FUCK," Alex yelled. "Oh and I've been meaning to ask you, how have you and Heath been doing, Kyle."

"That fucking ass thought that he could get in my fucking pants after the first date," Kyle shouted. "Sorry, not sorry, but I'm way more classy then that."

"Yea he waits till the second date," Jack joked.

"Someone gets it." Kyle leaned over the table and high-fived Jack. "You have to stay classy."

"We'll all take that to heart," Zaria laughed. "Another thing how has the guitar playing been going Kevin."

Kevin jerked his head up at the sound of his name and it took him a minute to realize what he was being asked. "Not good at all, I think I should just stick to the drums or singing. How about you how has the writing been going?"

Alex gave a heavy sigh then said, "It's going great all except, and Kyle you might want to cover your ears, I'm thinking about killing Jess becau...."

"YOU CAN'T KILL HER OFF," Kyle yelled. "You already killed off Nichole, who I remind you, was her lover."

"That's why I'm going to kill her off," Alex explained. "She's in so much grief over losing Nichole that I'm thinking I'm just going to have her kill herself."

"Ohhhhhhh, PLOT TWIST," Sofie sings.

"How is it a plot twist," I quickly ask.

"Jess was the supposed protector of the town and if she kills herself either the town dies with her or it turns out she was never really the protector," Kevin explains.

I nodded my head in understanding then turned to Alex and asked, "You write?"

She shook her head. "Yea, I write everything, poems, stories, song lyric, and whatever you can thing of. Even though non of them are that good I still do it."

Her saying that made me miss Lauren that much more. Dammit, why am I thinking about that, it's been over two weeks. I need to stop thinking about it.

"Have you read my stories of course they're awful," Alex coughed.

I guess while I was think someone told her, her stories weren't awful even though she thinks they are. They started to get in a whole argument about it but the bell rang on them and they said that they'd pick it up the next time they saw each other. We headed to her 6th hour class but on the way there she stopped me.

"CC I would really like it if you called me Zaria instead of Alex," she said out of the blue. "The reason I let Andy, Amy, and Chris do it is because it would be wrong for me not to but that's not my name anymore and I would really like it if you would call me by my name. I'm saying this cause I saw the way you reacted when they kept calling me Zaria. I mean, you don't have to call me it when Andy and them are around but if we're by our self or with other people, that aren't them, then please call me Zaria."

I shook my head and said that I would try my hardest and that's all I could say because I'm not going to make a promise I might not be able to keep.

We went through the two periods without a problem but as soon as we started to head toward her 8th hour study hall she started to figit with everything around her. She also wouldn't tell me whats up. All she would say was that its nothing, or that she's fine. I knew better though, she would not be acting like this unless something was up and when two girl came up to our table I knew why.

"Hey look, the loser lost the hotty and got someone new," the blonde girl who looks like the leader said. "Why would you ditch someone who was so hot and trade it with this? I mean he is good looking but not as good as the one you had yesterday. Wait what am I thinking, you didn't ditch him, he ditched you."

"I heard that was her brother also," the shorter girl with lite brown hair remarked. "You know the long lost brother, the newly found brother."

"No, I heard that her mother got knocked up and decided to ditch the baby by pawning it off to someone else but changed her mind last minute and that the hotty belongs to the family that was going to adopt her," the blonde chick smirked. "It just goes to prove that no one really does want her or love her."

I looked over to Zaria to see her on her phone looking at Tumblr. I looked back at the two girls to see that they were getting pissed at the fact that Zaria wasn't paying attention to them. When I turned back to Zaria she looked at me then turned her head toward the two girls.

"Oh, hello," Zaria said with sarcastic happiness. "When did you guys get here?" Zaria turned back toward me. "Have they been talking because I was in internet land and didn't hear I damn thing."

The blonde girl leaned close to Zaria while the other one stayed back with her arms crossed over her chest looking pissed. "You know what," the blonde one sneered. "You're just a stupid fucking bitch, and by the things I've been told these past few days, you're just a stupid fucking bitch who nobody loves and nobody wants. Just someone who can be thrown around like the rag doll she is. Someone who's mother would give her up then deal with her. Then again she did take you back. I bet it was so no other family would have to deal with you are your ugly face. Why didn't you just die when that car hit you? It would have made everyone soooo much more hap..."

"You should never wish death upon anyone, no matter how much you hate them," I cut her off. "It wouldn't have made anyone happy by the way, you say it would but then you'd be the one crying because of how you'd treated her and how you should have done better. You would feel so guilty because in the short life that she would've had if she died, you spent bullying her making her life a tortured mess and basically kill her off slowly inside." I was getting more and more pissed the longer I talked. "I know I wouldn't be happy if she was gone because I would have never had the chance to meet someone who is so amazingly awesome and someone who can make me smile just by smiling. Andy, you know the hotty, would have never found his sister and would have gone the rest of his life thinking that his one and only sister, who he only knew for a fucking week, was dead and never returning. Also there is both sets of parents to think about. The person she believed was her father willing gave his self up just to make sure she would live and be able to live the rest of her life no matter how hard it was or is going to be. That was because he loved her. Her new parents would have believed that their daughter was dead. Now just imagine being a parent and thinking that your son or daughter was dead and could never return to you, that you had made them a grave spot because you thought they were dead. It hurts to imagine it, doesn't it. Now that's what Amy and Chris went through for years, minus the grave thing but still. You can't even begin to think how happy they were to hear that their one and only daughter was alive, not in all that great of shape, but still alive on this planet. Still breathing, still laughing, still living." I saw tears in both girls eyes but that didn't stop me. "You have no idea what kind of pain Andy, Amy, and Chris went through after Zaria got abducted. When Chris and Amy heard that she was here on this planet they dropped everything they were doing packed their bags and flew out to Florida just to be here. When Andy heard the news we were on tour in Europe plus he had a girl at his house who is going threw some shit right now and just forgot about it. Him and I flew here from Europe just to be here. Yea, I didn't know her at the time but I knew how much this meant to Andy and I knew that he would need support. Not only for see her again but seeing what kind of condition she was in. So please the next time you try to bully someone or tell them that they need to die think about what I just told you and just stop because this world already has enough assholes and pricks we don't need anymore adding to their ranks." I had to stop myself because the brown hair one was actually crying. I felt so bad for the mean things I had said but it all needed to be done.

When they realized I was done they mumbled something and went back to their table. I looked over to Zaria and she looked shocked but still had a smile on her face. I looked at her confused but she just shook her head and gave me the best hug she could.

"Thank you," she said into my chest.

I put my hand behind her head and petted her hair. "There's no need to.."

"No." She pulled away and looked into my eyes. "Thank you."

I realized that she wasn't just saying thank you to the fact that I told the girls off, it was for helping her see that her getting hit by that car and having her life flipped upside down was all so her real family would know that she was okay.

Sorry if the whole Zaria, Alex name thing gets confusing, I was rereading and I noticed that it gets weird at some point and I am truly sorry about it.
