Helena's P.O.V.

CC told me about the tour and asked me to come with but, I decided to stay with Sammi. Don't get me wrong I would love to go on tour with him but, I shouldn't put too much stress on myself or the baby. CC has made it clear that we have to Skype and talk everyday and he bought me a phone. of course he had to teach me how to use it because being from the 1800s I had no idea how it worked. The fans know about me and CC and I got some hate but I feel bad for Juliet because she still gets it a lot even though her and Andy have been together for 3 years. I go downstairs to get a blood bag cause my little one is hungry and as I look at the mail on the counter an envelope catches my eye. I grab it, run to the bathroom and tear it open. it was from the high council. They are summoning me for a hearing because someone reported me for a crime. It also said that if found guilty I would be sentenced to death.

The date of the hearing was about a week before the guys left for tour. Tears were coming down like rain. As I ran out of the bathroom I ran into Jinxx. He asks, 'Helena what's the matter?" I don't say anything I just hand him the letter. He skims over it and says, "I'll inform Davey immediately. You should tell CC." I respond by nodding but before I walk away Jinxx says, "Don't worry Helena we're gonna fight this." I make my way to CC's room where I find him watching SpongeBob. He sees me and says, "Hey beautiful." I say, 'I have something I need to tell you."

CC's P.O.V.

I wonder what she has to say. I ask, "What is it love?" Helena says, "I have been summoned by the high council." I ask her, "What for and who is that?" She replies, 'The High Council is like a court system for vampires. The members are the three oldest vampires in existence. When a vampire commits a crime the council punishes them based on the severity of the offense." I say, "But you haven't done anything wrong."

Helena sighs and says, 'There is an ex member of my clan out there who wants nothing more than to see me dead. She reported me for being with you. Normally mating with a human is wrong but. in rare cases it does happen. Jinxx is going to Davey and Michael to help build our case." I ask, "Why does she hate you so much?" She replies, "When Davey created me I became his favorite and it made her blind with jealousy. She vowed to see me dead one day. the hearing will be a week before you go on tour." I say, 'I'm coming with you." She says, "No. I don't want you to get hurt." I reply, "Helena I'm going whether you like it or not. You're my mate we're together in this. I don't care what happens to me. I love you." She smiles and says, 'You're so stubborn. I love you too C."
