I Would Die For You

Jasey and I were washing our dishes quickly and then we had to get over to the Ross's. My family seemed to really love Jasey, which I was happy about. We're making time to hang out with DJ on Thursday. Were gonna take her to the mall for a little while just to make sure her and Jasey are on good terms.

"We've got to get moving, Hun." Jasey said, putting away a few plates, "My mom said a bunch of people have arrived."

"Okay, now?" I asked.

"Soon." She kissed my cheek.

"Alright, let's say goodbye to everyone." I said, putting down the sponge. We laced hands and made our way around to everyone.

Finally, we walked out of the front door or breath forming in little puffs of heat. We've been spoiled by the warmth in Hollywood so now that we're back in Ohio it's freezing. I slid in the drivers side and warmed my hands up.

"Cold right?" Jasey giggled, grabbing my hands.

"I miss the heat!" I groaned as she warmed my hands in her own.

"It's been a day!" She exclaimed.

"I still miss it." I said, kissing her knuckles and turning the car on. I backed out an carefully drove due to the little ice on the road. We arrived in front of Jasey's in a matter of minutes. I forgot how close we lived when you don't have to drive back and forth for months.

"Well I guess we better go inside." She chuckled, and jumped out of the car. We laced hands and walked up the sidewalk. I noticed a few guys looking at me through the window. She squeezed my hand and pecked my lips. "My cousins, don't worry. It's going to be okay, they're just protective."

"Alright." I sighed. We walked inside and I heard a few cheers from the living room.

"It's the couple!" They screamed. I chuckled, and looked down at Jasey. She smiled and kissed my nose before we walked into the living room.

"Hey guys!" Anne and Rick stood up and ran over to us. Anna hugged Jasey, while Rick shook my hand.

"You ready?" He asked.

"Couldn't be more ready." I grinned.

"Perfect. Don't break her heart." He winked.

"I won't." I said. Anne walked over to me while Rick greeted his daughter.

"Hey soon to be son!" She laughed.

"Why hello!" I smiled.

"Come meet the family!" She exclaimed. Jasey and I walked over to an empty seat on the couch. The family all seemed to be having small side conversations. "Hey everyone!" Anne said clapping her hands.

"This is Andy. Jasey's fiancé." Rick said, gesturing to me. "Everyone go around and introduce yourself!"

"Well, I guess I'll go first!" An older looking women said, "My name is Terrry and this is my husband CB. These our are sons Jake and Clay." She said, gesturing to two younger guys and older guy. I smiled. "I'm Ricks sister."

"I'm Donna this is my husband Mike and our kids Little Mike, Kendal, and Kyle." She smiled at me.

"I'm Cathy." Another women smiled. She didn't seem to have anyone with her, "Those are my kids, Jared and Cassie." She looked at the only two really young kids in the room.

"I'm Danny, Jasey's uncle. These are Don, Anthony, and Amanda. There my triplets." A man said, looking at three teenagers.

"I'm Diana, Anne's sister. This is my husband John and my daughter Juliana and her husband James." A very elegant looking women said.

"I'm Carol, Jasey's grandmother. And this is Eva her other grandma." She smiled at me.

"Hi I'm Andy." I said, smiling at everyone.

"Presents, presents..." The younger kids started chanting.

"Alright, alright." Anne chuckled, and the kids ran to the tree. The guys I remembered as Clay and Jake came over to us.

"So you two have been dating for how long?" Clay asked.

"A year and four months." Jasey replied. Jake eyed me.

"You two are a little young." He said. I rolled my eyes.

"We're fine, Jake. We don't need your input." Jasey said.

"Whatever." He said, and they walked away.

"There's always one." Jasey giggled. I shrugged.

"I guess so."
