Sink Your Teeth Into Forever

Andy's POV
As I predicted the smell of food soon lured the rest of the band out of their tents, and before long everyone was sitting around the fire eating. Including John, who everyone was pretty much ignoring, except for a few sideways glances. John had no problem with being left alone, I think he was expecting to be eaten at any moment. Soon everyone had finished and I knew that they were all wondering what our next move would be, the sideways glances were also directed at me. Before long Jake put down his fork and we were all done eating. Then there where even more glances at me, trying to read my mind I guess.
"Hey guys, so this is my friend John," I said putting my hand on his shoulder, "We all met him last night when I nearly tore his throat out, say hi everyone," Everyone gave their own kind of greeting including a few apologies, John as well gave an awkward wave.
"So since I nearly tore his throat out, John and I have gotten to know each other a bit more, and he claims that he can take us to Ashley. I'm personally inclined to believe him because I detect no sense that he is trying to decisive us in any way. So I propose that we listen to what he has to say and we'll decide from there how we want to handle things," I said. Everyone seemed to approve of my plan so I nodded at John and he commenced explaining. He explained about Braikens, Sandra, Ashley, Ghost Island and how he wanted to take us there so that we could be together as a pack again, as well as be safe from Braikens.
"So you are part of the group that kidnapped our brother, and tortured him, and you expect that we are just going to come with you easily?" Jinxx said, squinting at John, who looked quite flustered at the question.
"I promise that the people you will be with are not the ones that want to hurt you guys. The ones that want to hurt you are not on the island, they're here, trying to find you so that they can kill you," John explained. Jinxx nodded and sat back in his chair. We all looked at each other, no one knew what to say. Of course we wanted to get Ashley back, but this was very uncertain territory for us.
"So how do you propose that we get to this so called Ghost Island?" Jake said.
"I have a private jet on call for whenever you're ready to go. It's really nice it's got like beds and food and all that," John explained.
"So at any point are we going to be handcuffed or anything?" Jake asked.
"No, we don't want to make you uncomfortable, but if there are any kind of safety precautions they're because we know how strong you guys are and frankly we are afraid of you," John said. I think we all sat up a bit straighter when he said that. They were scared of us? Wow.
"What about our living conditions when we're with you? Also how long do you plan on keeping us?" Ella asked.
"You will be completely comfortable the entire time you're with us, or so we hope our facilities are good enough. You'll be staying in the same house that Sandra has been, and from what I hear she's quite happy with it. Only for a week or two," John said. I looked around at the pack, no one jumped forward with any more questions. Everyone was just deep in nervous thought. In the end they were all just looking at me for the answer.
"I need you're opinion guys, should we go?" I said, unable to make the decision myself.
"Well what other choice do we have?" CC said, sounding frustrated, "I mean if we say no they're just going to keep Ash and then that maniac Braikens is going to come and kill us all! So in conclusion, yes, we should go," CC ceded.
"I second that," Jake said, Ella was nodding next to him, as was Jinxx.
"Whatever works," Juliette said, Sammi nodded. My eyes landed on the quietest person in the pack, Ivy, she met eyes with me. She was torn, she didn't want to be taken from us and go back home, but she was scared to go to the island.
"So you guys will go?" John said.
"Yeah we're going," I said, summing up the votes.
"What about Miss. Peterson?" John said.
"For all intents and purposes, Ivy I love you, but you are now a bargaining chip. John, if what you say is true and we get Ashley back, and you do your little experiments and we're all safe and happy, then you get Ivy back. Until all of that happens she does not leave my sight,"

Whew they're going to get Ashley, and this story will soon be coming to a close, I promise that there will still be a good amount of chapters left until the end and after this I have tons of ideas for new stories.
