Andy POV

A month later

I called Chrissie's phone, but she didnt answer. I really started to get nervous. I knew she didnt lose just ten pounds and I knew she didnt lose it like that.

I drove over to her house hoping she didnt do anything stupid. She didnt even have a clue how much she meant to me. If I didnt care about her, I would still be with Juliet.

I walked up to the front door and rang the doorbell. No answer.
Instead of ringing it again, I tried to just open the door, but it was locked. I knew she was a clichè and leaves the key under the welcome mat, so I grabbed it and hurried.

A rush of relief washed over me when I saw her laying in bed awake. But the relief was gone when I saw her ribs the new scars on her waist.

Chrissie POV
I loved how Andy pretened he cared.
"Why do you this to yourself?"

"It makes me feel better." I lied. Pain was everywhere on me, but I needed to change for others and not just me.

"I told you that you can talk to me."

"We have nothing to talk about." I mocked.
"And Im kinda busy right now."

Andy POV

So thats how that feels.
She didnt know how much I cared and she wouldnt even let me show her.

I spotted some of her blades on the nightstand and grabbed them to flush them.

She followed me in the bathroom and watched me flush them.

"You know I have like a whole box of them."

"Where are they?"

"Like I would tell you of all people." She smirked.

I needed to know everything. Why she would do this, why did she hate me.
"Why do you shut me out?"

"Im trying to show you how Ive felt." Tears were streaming down her face but she still seemed serious.


Ive hurt her. I never wanted to, but I did.
"I never meant to hurt you."

"But you did. And I just wanted you to be happy." She sat on the toilet seat.

"How could I be happy when you're doing this to yourself?!" I was getting angry, but I didnt know why.



I look into the mirror and plunge my fist into it.


Chrissie POV

He punched the mirror into pieces.

"ANDY!" There was blood running down his arm, but it didnt even phase him.

I grab the towel to wipe the blood off, but he pushes me away and walks into my bedroom, sitting on my bed.

I was tired of empty stares, the blank communication, the false accusations. I didnt want to feel a thing anymore. I never was happy, no matter how hard I tried. I just wanted to be happy, with Trenton. I grabbed my spare box of blades and my note tucked inside it.
