AlEx’S pOv

The guys stared shocked for a moment, the CC and Ashley started laughing.

“Nice one guys. Really funny.” I sighed.

“We’re not kidding. I’m a girl.” I snuck a look at Andy and he seemed frozen in shock. I made up my mind then. “Wait here. I’ll prove it.” I walked out the door over to my house and opened my closet. Hanging there was a shirt, a pair of skinny jeans, and the only bra I own. I pulled it all out and changed. I wrapped the ace bandage up and brought it with me into the bathroom. I did a smoky eye look with my makeup, picked up the ace bandage, and walked back to Andy’s. I walked right into the door and was met with a catcall. Jake. I rolled my eyes. The skinny jeans were ripped all the way up and down the legs, and the shirt was an off the shoulder belly shirt with Harley Quinn on it. “Ta da! Believe us now?” All the guys’ jaws were dropped and Jake just smirked.

“Wow. I totally would have hit on you sooner if I had known you were this hot!”

“But wait…how did you hide your chest?” I answered Jinxx by holding up the ace bandage.

“I never pulled a muscle in my life. Look, I understand if you guys want nothing to do with me after this, but I am who I am, and, trust me, if I knew how I would grow out my hair and dress like this more often and actually look like a girl. But I have no idea how to be a girl, so, for now, I am the way I am.”

“Why would you think we would want nothing to do with you?” I looked at Jinxx shocked and he smiled. “You are one of us now. Good luck getting rid of us.” Everyone but Andy agreed, and Jake just gave me the ‘I told you so’ look. I smiled and turned to Andy, who still seemed frozen in shock.

“A…Andy?” I suddenly felt very shy and pulled on the shirt. “Do you…do you still accept me? Do you still…” I took a deep breath. “Do you still care for me?” I looked down.

“No.” My head snapped up and I felt tears come to my eyes.

“Wha…what?” He stood up.

“Get out.”

“Andy what are you-“
“I don’t want a liar in my house, Jinxx, and that’s exactly what she is. Hell, she isn’t who we thought she was.” I felt the tears start to pour from my eyes.

“I…I’m sorry,” I whispered, and then I turned and ran from the house, ignoring the calls from the rest of the guys. As soon as I got back to my house, I slid down the door and cried. Something clicked in my head. I pulled out my phone and dialed the number, ignoring the rattling of the doorknob and the voices pleading to let them in. It rang a few times.

“Hey Alex! What’s up?” I continued crying. “Alex? Alex, what’s wrong?”

“Jade,” I paused as more sobs escaped my body. “I…I need…help. He…he rejected…me…after he…found out…the truth…”

“Who did? Alex who?” I took a deep breath.

“Andy. Jade I…I think I love him.”

AnDy’S pOv

“What the hell Andy?!”

“She was lying to us the whole time, CC,” I growled.

“So what?! That doesn’t change who she is!” I glared at Jake as Jinxx and Ashley ran back in the room.

“Her doors locked and she seems to be crying against the door. She’s talking to someone and…she um…may have mentioned loving Andy…” Ashley trailed off as Jinxx walked over to me. Suddenly he brought his hand back and slapped me across the face. I felt the sting of it and brought my hand to my face.

“What the hell, Jinxx?”

“You deserved it, Andy. You need to snap the hell out of it! It’s a shock for all of us but you’re just acting like an ass! I mean seriously! Didn’t you just tell us all a little while ago that you didn’t care what we thought that you cared deeply for Alex?! Go get her, you asshole! She told the truth because she cares for you! Get off your ass and get her!”

“No. She lied. How do I know her personality is the same huh? She could have been lying about that to!”

“But she wasn’t. I’m leaving. You seriously need to think about this. You made a big mistake, Andy.” With that, he turned on his heel and walked out the door. I saw from the window he went over to Alex’s. After a little while, she pulled open the door. She collapsed in his arms crying. I felt my heart break. Jinxx carried her inside and shut the door. I slumped in my chair as the guys all walked over to her house.

Was I making a mistake?
