My Prophet

Playing It Safe

Andy and I walked into the Starbucks and I sighed. There were definitely people in here that would recognize him and maybe us. I just wasn't in the mood for that. I felt Andy wrap his arm around my skinny waist and I leaned my head on his shoulder as we waited in line.

Finally it was our turn and we walked up to the counter. "Hi can I help-" The girls eyes widened and I couldn't hold back my eye roll. "A-Andy Biersack?"

Andy chuckled, "Yep."

"What can I get you guys today?" She asked.

"What do you want babe?" He mumbled in my ear.

"Uhm just a grande regular coffee." I said, softly.

"Same for me." Andy said.

"Okay, that'll be 4.50." She smiled. Andy handed her the card and I wrapped my arm around his stomach, getting the char from his body on my shirt.

"Your gonna ruin your clothes, hun." He chuckled.

"I don't care." I said, softly. As Andy took his card back and we walked away from the register to a table. We sat across from each other and linked hands.

"Are you alright, baby? I'm worried." He asked. I shook my head softly.

"I'm just really sad." I said. He opened his mouth to say something but quickly shut it as we heard his name called for the coffee's. He stood up and walked to the counter and thanked the girl. She asked him to sign a napkin and he did quickly, before walking over to the other counter and made mine for me.

He quickly walked back to me and handed me the coffee. "Thanks babe." I said, taking a sip. He sat back down and grabbed my hand.

"I'm worried about you." He mumbled.

"I know, it's just awful." I shook my head.

"I'm sure." He said, rubbing my knuckles. "I wish you would take the flight from your mom."

I shook my head, "Look Andy, I'm not leaving you. End of discussion." He looked taken back with my tone and I sighed. "I'm sorry, it's just, if I was going this funeral I would need you. And that's not possible so it's whatever."

"Dating a rockstar must suck." He chuckled, softly.

"No," I laughed, "It's your job, I get it."

"Okay." He said. He eyed a few girls across the room and I turned my head slightly. They were all drooling just looking at him. I saw one had a Black Veil Brides shirt on.

"Go talk to them." I smirked. He pulled me up with him and we dove into a conversation with the happy teenagers.

I know the feeling. My stories from two years ago on here are just cringe-worthy in my opinion. But I definitely can relate to the your main character already just because of the the dance aspect. Kind of reminds me of my series "The Mortician's Daughter/Lost It All" and "Wretched and Divine/Ohio Is For Lovers" Those two series are dance related which are my favorite types of stories to write

Awh thanks! This is one of my older stories so I personally believe the quality isn't as good as some of my more recent ones but thank you!
