My Prophet

Andy, his cousin Joe Flanders, the band, and his friend Patrick Fogarty were sitting in the living room watching football while Keenan, my friends Taran and Keelie from Los Angeles Ballet, Ella, and Sammi. We were heating over the dishes and my pies were baking in the oven still.

I heard a ding go off and Keenan squealed, "Yay, Corrie pies!"
Everyone in the kitchen erupted into laughter. I noticed Andy look over at me and wink. I shook my head. We hadn't told anyone about our trip and we were keeping it that way. Just our little secret. Something we could share between us.

"I think everything is ready. Let's go lay it out." I said grabbing the pies and placing them on the bar. Everyone put out the food around it. "Come on, guys dinner's ready."

All of the guys scrambled from the couch and over to the kitchen. They picked up plates and silverware before filling there plates. Andy stayed back and held my waist while we waited for everyone else. He kissed my forehead and rubbed my arm. "This is the best Christmas I've had in a while."

"Me too." I said smooshing my nose against his. He giggled, an adorable sound, that I never got used to hearing. We grabbed plates and filled them up, quickly before joining everyone at the table. Andy's hand stayed connected with mine the whole time we ate.

The topics at dinner varied from football to Disneyland. These people were incredible and I felt so blessed to have them in my life. Even though I felt this terrible nagging feeling in the back of my mind. Like something was really really wrong.

Once we finished eating, most everyone getting a second helping we sat on the couch.

"Alright guys, let's do presents!" Ashley exclaimed. It was a gift exchange and everyone chose one other person to give a gift too. Other than Keenan, Keelie, and Taran who were all giving gifts to each other.

"Corrie and I will go first." Andy said, kissing my jaw. He grabbed the two presents we wrapped together and we handed them to each other. I opened mine as he opened his and inside I found a pretty necklace with a heart on it, and Andy's name on a charm. I smirked since we planned this together already. Andy had the same necklace in his box except with a key and my name.

"Awh thanks baby!" I leaned in and kissed his cheek.

"Right back at you!" He smiled.

"You guys definitely planned those!" Jinxx grinned, shaking his head.

"Of course we did." Andy laughed, before pulling me into his side. He clipped the necklace around my neck and I did the same for him.

Pat gave Joe a key chain with a snail on it and Joe gave him a phone case with a giraffe on it. CC gave Ashley a Hello Kitty doll and Ashley gave him a case of Monsters. Keenan, Keelie, and Taran all gave each other ballet tights. Jake and Ella both gave each other picture frames and Jinxx and Sammi gave each other bracelets. All in all it was really fun.

I couldn't have been happier spending Christmas with these people.
