My Prophet
Taste On Your Tongue
Coralie, and I ran out of the front door. She slid down the brilliant white siding, and immediately started sobbing. I walked over to her hesitantly, and sat down, our elbows touching.
"Corrie?" I said, worry audible in my voice. I put my arm across her boney shoulders, "Corrie love, talk to me." She sobbed harder, and shook her head. I rubbed her arm, and nuzzled my face in her neck. "Corrie I love you so much, please let me in."
She looked up at me, and I could clearly see the pain resting in her brilliant blue orbs. "Andy.." She gasped, and buried her head in my shoulder. I wrapped my arms around her body, engulfing her with my love, and protection.
The morning sunlight beamed into our skin, and I could feel Corrie's arms heating up. "What are you thinking Corrie? What do you want to do?"
"I d-don't k-know." She stuttered.
"Do you want to go home sweetheart?" I asked her.
"I just want to be with you." She said shakily.
"Then move in with me." I said breathlessly. I heard her breath hitch in her throat.
"What?" She said clearly astonished.
"Move into my apartment as soon as we get back. I don't want to waste any more time being apart, there is time for that when I'm on tour. Live with me, be mine forever." I leaned in closer to her, "Please?"
"Andy you really want me to live with you?" Coralie's eyes sparkled.
"Yes." I said pressing my nose to her's.
"Okay." She said laughing breathily. Her arms wrapped tightly around my neck.
"Really?" I said smiling from ear to ear.
"Yes!" She kissed my cheek, "Yes, yes a thousand times yes!"
I squeezed her tightly, and buried my face in her neck.
"I love you so much baby." I shook my head.
"I love you too." She gasped, "I never thought this would happen. After Lloyd I thought love was over for me. I thought that he was it, and I was destined to be alone, but I'm not. I have you."
"I have you until the end of time." I said feeling my heart soar at her beautiful words, "Your mine forever, and never forget that."
"I won't babe. Trust me I won't." She smiled heartily at me. I heard someone clear their throat behind us. I turned around to see the two people I hated most for making my love cry.
Anna, and Savannah.

I know the feeling. My stories from two years ago on here are just cringe-worthy in my opinion. But I definitely can relate to the your main character already just because of the the dance aspect. Kind of reminds me of my series "The Mortician's Daughter/Lost It All" and "Wretched and Divine/Ohio Is For Lovers" Those two series are dance related which are my favorite types of stories to write
