My Prophet

Cause If You Don't

The next morning I woke up with Coralie underneath my arm. She was still sleeping peacefully, and I couldn't help but smile at her before nuzzling my face into her neck.

Suddenly the door to her bedroom slammed open. We both popped our heads up to see a young girl, around the age of sixteen, standing in the doorway. Coralie looked taken back.

"Savannah?" She said astonished.

"Hey Corrie." Savannah said holding her arms out, cockily.

"What the Hell are you doing here!?" Coralie said sitting up. Savannah's eyes scanned me over, and I felt oddly uncomfortable, as the black, fringy haired girl smirked.

"Your mom didn't tell you? The whole family is coming for Thanksgiving! I mean this place is big enough anyways..." Savannah made a face.

"Thanksgiving isn't for another three days!" Coralie rubbed her temple.

"Yeah I know, the whole family is staying here until the day after Thanksgiving!" She said raising her eyebrows. "Now that, that is cleared up why the fuck is Andy Biersack in your bed?"

I felt myself flush. Oh dear.

"He is my boyfriend, Savannah." Coralie said. I could see annoyance pulsing through her eyes.

"The leader singer of the shitiest band in the world is your boyfriend?" She rolled her eyes, "Well good luck to ya!" With that the young girl exited the room, slamming the door shut behind her.

Coralie groaned. "What the Hell just happened?" I asked her.

"That's one of my aunt Kate's twin daughters." Coralie looked up at me. "Which means her two sons are here, and Courtney the other twin. That also means my uncle David, and his two daughters are here, and my other aunt Ella's one son are here."

"Oh god Corrie, more people who don't like me?" I said worriedly.

"I'm sorry Andy, if I had known they were all coming I would never have brought you here. They usually never come from Thanksgiving." She bit her lip.

"What about your dad's family?" I asked hopefully.

"They never come down here." She shook her head. "I can't stand my cousins." She groaned again, and buried her head in her pillow.

"From what I've seen I don't love them all that much either." I chuckled, and wrapped my arms around her again.

"Well I guess you get to meet the family sooner than you expected." She said turning in my arms.

"I guess I'll have to make a good impression won't I?" I leaned in, and pressed my nose to hers, and she giggled.

"I guess so."

Notes

Uh-Oh well I don't like Savannah at all...

I know the feeling. My stories from two years ago on here are just cringe-worthy in my opinion. But I definitely can relate to the your main character already just because of the the dance aspect. Kind of reminds me of my series "The Mortician's Daughter/Lost It All" and "Wretched and Divine/Ohio Is For Lovers" Those two series are dance related which are my favorite types of stories to write

Awh thanks! This is one of my older stories so I personally believe the quality isn't as good as some of my more recent ones but thank you!

Just finished chapter one and already digging it! Can't wait to continue reading it!
