-2 months later-

It sort of just dawned on me that I haven’t seen Andy in almost 2 months , since the night after I cheated on him, I got caught up in my own world these last months.

I lost my job at the hospital from turning up hangover all the time, I’ve been out partying every night with the occasion drug parties and worst of all I’ve cheated on Andy with other girls.

I can’t get the courage nor the strength to go see Andy, to look into those bright blue orbs that will burn holes through my sinning body. I haven’t spoken to Jake or Jinx lately either, only one I’ve spoken to is CC and even that is difficult, I think im the bad egg of the group.

CC called me this morning, my head hurts so badly.

‘Ashley? You there?

‘What do you want at this hour CC?’

‘It’s Andy’

‘What about Andy?’

‘They are letting him come home today, how could you not know that?’

‘Hang on….wait what?’

‘Ash seriously stop pretending you don’t know, his parents are picking him up today and taking him home, we are all meeting there to discuss where Andy should stay whilst he is still getting better’

And with that CC hung up on me. I almost can’t believe what he just said, surely he’s just joking, messing around knowing full well id be hung over right now. Yeah that’s it he’s probably just mucking around, uh I m going back to sleep.

-Few Days Later at CC’s Place-

‘Andy do you want some breakfast?’

‘I m not hungry CC’

‘Come on just have something small, like a piece of fruit and ill leave you alone’

Andy lays his head on the table and sighs

‘Fine ill have an apple and that’s it, now will you leave me alone?’

‘Of course’

If anyone had a camera at that moment they would have caught CC smiling like a big goon.

-Andy’s POV-

‘Hey CC’

‘Yeah Andy?’

‘Why hasn’t Ashley come to see me yet?’

‘I really don’t know Andy; He’s been acting weird for the last few months to be honest, why?’

‘I just thought he would have come to see me straight away, considering he’s my boyfriend’

‘Maybe he’s got a lot on his plate right now? Don’t forget to take your meds Andy’

‘I guess so’

What CC said made sense, maybe for Jinx or Jake, but it didn’t make sense and didn’t go with Ashley’s personality, he used to visit me everyday in that place then all of a sudden he just stopped. I thought I was imagining it and that when I got out everything would be normal and id go back to living with him, but I guess I was wrong, is there something I missed?

I probably shouldn’t get too worked up over it and focus on myself, I guess if Ashley really is still interested in me he will come in time, but I m not going to wait for him forever.

I stare at CC in the kitchen and when his back is turned I stand up and walk up to my new room in CC’s place and lock the door. Yuck I hate apples. I gently and quietly open up the window and throw the apple across the road and close the window again just before CC knocks on the door.
