the wild ones army

CC'S P.O.V
we were all woken by a loud bang,it sort of sounded like someone was trying to break through the gate. Ashley and i jumped up and ran out of the compound to see what was going on. the wild ones were only just waking up so it felt like me and ashley were alone. we couldnt find anything that would have made the sound so we headed back into the compound. we walked up the concrete stairs to where the prison cell like bedrooms where to see Jake being pinned up against the wall by a masked figure. fuck no. i ran in and punched the figure in the side of his masked face. he dropped to the floor freeing jake from his grip, jake kicked him in the ribs causing a faint cracking sound, one more kick to the head and the figure had died. curious, i removed his mask and was shocked at the face under it. it was ella.
seeing who it was jake fell to his knees and cupped his head in his hands. andy came running in with juliet and sammi shortly behind him. i guess they must have heard jakes crying. ellas eyes were still open but they diddnt look normal i remembered her having dark brown eyes but the body on the floor had bright red eyes. "jake?" Ashley said kneeling down beside him, jake diddnt respond "she wasnt herself, her eyes are red look" Ashley said pointing towards the lifeless body on the floor. "this was their plan, F.E.A.R has changed everyone we used to know, i remember now. when i spoke out against the leader he sent soldiers after me, i ran into a room to try and get away when i saw a bunch of people with glowing red eyes hooked up to strange machines. they must have captured and brain washed her" andy said lightly tapping jake on the back.
jake stood up, shook of ashley and andy then stormed out of the room pushing sammi out of the way "oww" she exclaimed. no one followed jake because he needed some time alone, instead we decided to get rid of ellas body. i grabbed her feet while andy grabbed her arms, ashley went to get a lighter as we carried ellas body outside. when we put her down her eyes closed, ashley lit a match and threw it on the body, we all stood around it while the girl we used to know burned right in front of us.
it was hard to know that everyone from out old lives could be brainwashed and out to capture us. jake stumbled up to us and the burning body carying a bottle of jack daniels, god knows where he got it from but he was completely drunk. andy took charge and put his arm around jake to take him back to the compount but jake faught against him. "lemmee stay i want to be with my baby" he said falling to the floor next to ellas body, "no no no mate sorry but your way to drunk" andy said lifting him up and taking him away. it was really sad to see jake like this, his fiance had been brainwashed and sent to kill him and without knowing who it was he killed her with two kicks. jake always went streight to alcohol when he was upset, either that or he would take it out on other people. me and ashley went to see if andy had got jake to bed, when we got to them jake was crying in andys arms. ashley and i sunk to the ground, it was horrible to see him like this.
