pain flushed through my sholder, I couldn’t help but groan when Jake picked me up to bring me back to the compound. blood was pouring out of my cut but it was better than having the knife still in there. Jake was smart to take it out, he probably just did it because he has to kill the solider but if it was still in the sholder the wound wouldn’t be able to heal.
Jake laid me down on the bed in the medical room then rushed around, looking in every cupboard. “second cupboard to the left, top shelf” I said to him smugly, trying to hold back the pain. he turned around and shot me a playfuly annoyed look, I chuckled a little but had to stop because the pain was unbearable. after rummaging around in the cupboard for a few seconds Jake grabbed a blue bottle of clear liquid and some bandages.
he treated my sholder with the clear liquid then wraped it in bandages, the liquid made it sting but that ment it was healing. then jake went back to the cupboards, grabbed a bottle of pain killers and handed them to me. slowly I sat up onto the end of the bed, it stung but it didn’t hurt as much as it did earlier. I took out two painkillers and Jake handed me a glass of water. when I took the pills Ashley and CC walked in. they both watched me as I stood up to face them. “I guess F.E.A.R know where we are now” I said looking towards the ground “now all we have to do is fight” I added, they nodded at me.
we decided to go and tell the wild ones the plan but as we went to get jinxx from his room and as we got closer to the door heard some stange noises. we all looked at each other, then realised the sound was coming from outside the compound where the wild ones had pitched their tents. as we left the compound the sound became clearer, it was singing. we turned the corner to see all of the wild ones standing around a fire and a girl with a guitar, she was singing saviour and a few people were harmonising. it was beautiful.
I put my arm around Jinxx and he did the same. this moment was perfect, the wild ones looked so peaceful. in this moment we all realised that as long as we had all the band, the girls and the wild ones we were a family.
