They Cant Tell Me What is Right

"so you are sure? because if we dont have the right facts we could get sued for arresting someone who didnt do it for murder" Kellin said to Frank. Frank just nodded his black hair bouncing a little.
"yes i'm sure i was there" he said looking down.
"its okay frank youre not in trouble" Kellin said, he has been doing really well and is taking huge responsibility it made me really respect him, but you could see the deep sadness from within his blue eyes.

i shook off andy's comments so that i didnt appear crazy in front of Frank and Kellin.
We were in Kellins house that was surprisingly not very affected by the quake which i was glad about. I sat on the couch next to Frank as Kellin paced the room with his hand running through his hair which i noticed was a nervous tick he developed.
"we have to tell the cops 'cause i cant do shit" kellin said gesturing with his hands.
"yeah but we need more evidence before we go to the police and we need to think of ways to not get frank in trouble" i added, they just nodded. i looked to see frank looking in his lap, his hazel-green eyes staring sadly in his lap.
"hey it wasnt your fault" i whispered, a tear ran down his cheek as he looked up at me and Kellin.
"i tried to stop it" he whispered. i patted his back as i held back tears, when the door bell rang.
"i'll get it," Kellin mumbled and headed to the door. he opened it and i saw a guy with long black hair and eyeliner on, he was on the shorter side but not as short as Frank. then i realized who he was.
"CC" i said, his eyes shot to me and stared with sadness, great just what i need more things to remind me of Andy.
"hey" CC mumbled to me.
"Look who showed up, are you going to say sorry now? Cause you should be apolagizing to Ashley not me" i spat with a sudden surge of confidence.
"i can explain" he said...
