We finally made it to school.I see Mei there waiting for Josh and I.We both go over and greet her.

"Hey Mei, over here! ," I signaled to her to come over where Josh and I are."Hey Belle, hey Josh."

"Hey," we both said in unison.Mei laughed.

"So today's you guys' last day huh?," she asked.

"Try not to remind me," I said.

"Im really going to miss you two dorks," she said while wrapping both of her arms around our necks.

The bell to first period

Finally lunch.

I made my way over to our table.We greeted each other then went to get our lunches.We have the most weirdest conversations at our table.

Before we both knew it, the day was over.Since Mei lives close by, she decided to walk back home with us.When we arrived home, my mom was already starting to load things into the car.My brother decided to go and help her.Mei and I went back into the house that was now half empty.


"Wow, I still can't believe you guys are actually moving to Ohio," Mei said.


"I know," I muttered to myself.


We walked up the stairs to my now empty bedroom.I'm gonna miss this place.


"Remember when we were little we used to play dolls in here?," Mei said.


"Haha, yeah," I said tears coming to my eyes.


"Awww Belle, don't cry," she said while hugging me.
"You're just going to make me cry, then I'll ruin my make-up."
I laughed, Mei always knew how to make people smile.


"I'm gonna miss you so much Mei ," I told her.


She smiled and gave me another hug.Now we're both crying.


We walked back down the stairs together, our eyes both puffy and red.


"You ready?," my mom asked me while loading the last few things into the car.


"I guess," I said.


I hugged Mei again
"Don't forget to call and text everyday ok loser," I told her.She laughed then nodded.


I got into the car and waved to Mei one last time.


"Here we go," I said to myself.
