• "Good Morning, LA! It's 5:00 a.m on this lovely September morning! This is Ma-." I hit the snooze button right before the all too chirpy lady could announce the name of a song I most likely disliked. I pulled the covers up to my neck as I let out a huge sigh. I closed my eyes because ten more minutes of sleep- laying would make me feel better. I couldn't seem to muster up the motivation to get out of my bed as my alarm clock started going off again. This time a song I both knew and loved. Carylon by Black Veil Brides. This time, instead of hitting snooze, I let Andy serenade me. This gave me a small boost. So. i turned my alarm off and sat upright in bed.I sighed as I stood up ad walked into the bathroom connected to my room. I splashed water onto my face as i looked into the mirror. A sigh escaped my tear drenched lips.

"Ugly. Fat. Whore. Worthless. Gothic. Emo. Fat. Cow. Demonic. Satan worshiper. Cutter." The names that my demons fed me kept coming as I stepped out of my clothes and into the shower. After getting out of the shower, I put on a bra and panties to cover up the freshly cut "FAT" scar on my thigh. I sighed and put on a pair of pants so I didn't have to see it.

"Ew. Look who decided to show up today, Aliecia." Jess, the head of the soccer team said. Fuck. I knew this was going to happen. I should've accepted Conner's offer to stay home..
"Aubrey, sweetie. Are you sure you don't want to stay home?" He had asked. He knew i got bullied, but not this bad. I pulled myself from the ground and act like I hadn't just been beaten half to death as i trudge home, not even giving a fuck about missing English 2. I walked all the way home, and felt a pang of relief when I didn't see Conner's car in the driveway. It wouldn't be easy explaining my current facial issues to him at the moment. I thought I was okay, but as I walked in the house, I realized I was bleeding.
"God damnit, Jess." I muttered, only to find that I wasn't alone.
"Are you okay?" Jake Pitts asked me.
"Holy fucking shit! You're Jake Pitts from Black Veil Brides!" Jake laughed while I continued to hypervenilate. I went to my bathroom figuring that Conner would be home soon. When I heard a knock on the door, I expected it to be my brother, but it wasn't. Standing in front of me was my idol. One of the men who has been saving my life for years. Jake Pitts. Again I was stunned.
"So are you going to explain to me why you were bleeding?" Jake asked, I let out a sigh.
"I fell, so where's Conner? And why are you here?" I asked, but Jake wasn't buying my story. I watched him try to make up his own as his raven black hair drooped into his face.
"I'm.. A friend. He'll be back soon." Jake let out, both of us cautious not to let out too much information. But then his phone began to ring.
