Oh Sweet Catastrophe

I stare at Andy in shock. I lose all feeling in my legs and feel my face go red. "I-I'm sorry Andy." I stutter.
He laughs, "Its fine, don't worry about it, I have CC, so it isn't much different."
I bite my lip. He is even more gorgeous in person. I cant act all flirty though. He would never want to be with me. "Whats your name anyway?" He asks.
"That freaky girl is Karma and my name is Catastrophe." I answer.
"Catastrophe?" he questions, "Is that your real name?"
I nod, "Catastrophe Rivers, name since I popped out of my mom's vagina."
He bursts out laughing, so I smirk. I can be a smartass at times. "Are you here to watch the Battle?" He asks.
"No!" Karma exclaims, "We are competing!"
"Really?" he smirks at me.
My face goes red again, "Y-Yeah, our band name is Relapse Routine."
"What do you guys play?" He asks.
"You sure do ask a lot of questions," I smirk.
"I'm a curious guy." he retorts. "So, what do you play?"
"You'll see at the show," I smile.
"Fine," he pouts.
"HEY, CAT! KARMA! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS, WE HAVE TO SOUND CHECK!" I hear Darren yell.
"I'll talk to you later then," Andy says.
"Yeah, bye. Nice meeting you. Say bye Karma." I say.
"BYE ANDY!!" She screams.
We walk away, still amazed that I met THE Andy Biersack. We gather our things from the van. "Where were you guys?" Talon asks.
"Um, we met Andy." I mutter.
"NO FUCKING WAY!" he yells.
"Yeah, he asked a lot of questions though."
"That's a good thing!" Talon says.
"Dude, please," I plead. "Don't start."
"What?"
"Don't start with the, 'Oh he might be into me!' I know he would never be into me. He is a famous singer in a band, and I am just a wannabe." I explain.
Talon grabs my shoulders, "Listen, you aren't a wannabe. You are an amazing artist. You deserve to be famous in your own band. There is a possibility. You are drop dead beautiful! Anyone who cant see that is tripping on acid."
I smile at the ground, "Thanks Talon."
"No problem princess." he wraps me in a hug.
Deep down though, I feel completely worthless. He says I am beautiful, but we have been friends since the first ever day of school. It is his friendship obligation to say I am beautiful.
We join Darren and Karma and go to sound check. We met our crew, Jake, Lyle and Marie. They set up our equipment, while I listen to the songs we have to play.
When everything is set up, we pick up our instruments. "Children Surrender," I murmur.
They hear me and start playing the song. I feel the beat, losing myself yet again.
"We're born into the night like children of the damned..."
We continue to play until we are drenched in sweat. I don't even notice that people came to watch us. I open my eyes to see Andy, CC and Ashley applauding. "That was amazing!" Ashley says.
"Thanks," I smile shyly.
CC runs up to me and wraps me in a bear hug, "Can we keep her?!"
"No, but Catastrophe down CC." Andy says.
He does, while Andy comes up to me, "I told them about you, so we had to come and find you. I needed find out what you did in your band. You guys are pretty awesome."
"Thanks!" Talon says, "It's mostly Cat though. She is the one who brought us together."
Andy smiles that smile that always makes me want to faint, "I cant wait to see you guys do your thing." and he walks away, with Ashley and CC following him.
