Haunted...

The willow tree....

I sat in the willow tree as a cold breeze whooshed past me. I didn't shudder. I didn't even fell it. I pushed my long blonde hair out of my face. I looked over the gravestones that were as far as the eye could see. I smiled, and sat in the tree, humming a song, and I enjoyed the view of the graveyard, and people visiting. The way people acted when someone died amazed me, and I loved watching people come and lay flowers beside there relatives stones. I smiled as I watched a couple come over to a gravestone that was near to the tree. I saw them every month, laying down some red roses for the womans mother. As I watched, I slipped, and had to hold onto a branch to keep myself steady. The woman turned, looking at what had made the noise, and, finding nothing, looked back to her husband, and left the graveyard. I sighed and propped myself up back onto the think branch, high up in the willow tree. Ths willow tree was special to me, becasue my family were underneath it, and I loved feeling close to them. I sat there in my own thoughts when I was distracted by a young man, running past the willow tree in floods of tears. I watched him as he dropped to his knees, at a gravestone. The gravestone looked new, and it seemed like he was mourning for whoever had passed on. My curioisty got the better of me, and I slipped out if the tree, and walked up to the man, who was still sobbing. "Are you alright sweetie?" I asked, gently walking to him. "Do I look alright to you?" He snapped, looking round at me. He had the most beautiful blue eyes I had ever seen, and the made a little piece inside of me slowly melt. "Well sorry for asking." I said, turning to leave. "No wait." He said, and I turned back around. "Stay here. Please." He said and I sat down beside him, and dug a tissue out of my pocket, and gently dabbed at his eyes."I take it you've lost someone close to you." I said, looking at the grave we were both sitting beside. "My grandpa." He sniffed, letting more tears fall. "Oh sweetie. He's fine, and it would of taken him from his pain."
"But theres no such thing as an afterlife." He said, and I grew wide eyed. "What do you mean you don't believe that theres an afterlife?"
"Theres not and its proven."
"I wouldent say that if I were you. Some people might get upset."
"Why?"
"I don't know I just think that they would."
"OK ok. So whats your name?"
"Alice, whats yours?"
"Andy."
"Nice. So Andy, what do you do?"
"I'm a voalist in a band."
"Which band?"
"Black Veil Brides."
"Cool. You'll have to show m your music some time."
"Yeah I'd love that." I smiled at him, and her grinned back at me. "Wow, You've really made me feel better."
"Well I sometimes have that affect on people." I said, and he laughed. "Well I better be off, my mom will wonder where I am."
"OK then." I saidm getting up off the floor, and he did to. "Why don't you come round mine for dinner? My mom makes some mean pizza."
"I'd love to but I can't."
"How come?"
"Because I need to go home."
"Oh ok then. Well why dont we meet up tomorrow then?"
"Ok then. Meet me here."
"OK then. I'll see you tomorrow." He said, walking off and out of the graveyard. I smiled, and walked over to the willow tree, got into it, and fell into a deep, deep sleep.
