chapter four- Awaking
-Kai's POV-
I awoke on the floor of my room. I was never a morning person, but today I shot up and carefully examined Andy's bandages. They had bled through a little in the night, so I started re-doing them, I re-applied the disinfectant, and redid the bandages, having checked there where no fresh cuts. I was relieved to see he was fine. Maybe we could get him through this. I went downstairs and started making scrambled eggs with basil and bacon. Just the way me and Josh liked it, from when we literally lived together. Once I was done I went out to the lounge room to find CC and Josh with their breakfast. they where lying on the sofa bed curled up in each others arms. I smiled at them. It was way to adorable. Gently I woke Josh, knowing he'd be starving. As his eyes slowly opened, like he was holding onto some wonderful dream. He was always a little disoriented in the mornings. He glanced down at CC and the happiest smile slid onto his. it was the first time he'd properly smiled in months. He smiled at me, then lent down to CC, gently kissing him awake.
"Up my love, breakfast." CC awoke just as dreamily as Josh and smiled up at him.
"So it really wasn't a dream." He mumbled sleepily.
"No, i can't believe it either." Josh replied, a soft look in his eyes i hadn't seen since Dan.
"Now would be an awkward moment to find out one of us was talking about an apple or something." CC joked sleepily. He sat up and kissed Josh softly.
"Mmm. FOOD!" Josh cried, pulling away from the kiss and grabbing at one of the plates.
"Food." I agreed handing him and CC one of the plates each. "You lucky bastard Josh!" I said, pecking him gently on the cheek. "I'm gonna see if Andy's up to coming down for breakie. And I'm taking our food with, I know you too well Josh!" I paused at the door "Oh, and you too are way to fucking cute!" I cried hurrying up the stairs before Josh threw anything at me. Once I was up n my room I placed the food on my nightstand and gently woke Andy.
"breakfast!" I whispered, not wanting to startle him.
"Mmm, breakfast sounds good."
"You up to coming down? CC and josh are there, and they might have some exciting news for us!"
"Yeah!" He sounded extremely excited to get up. "I hate being bed ridden!"
"Alright, I'll carry the food."
"You sure? they look heavy."
"Ya, I'm waitress!"
"wait, before we go there's something I meant to ask you last night, but we fell asleep before I got the chance." He bit his lip, "Willyoubemygirlfriend?"
"I'dlovetoAndy!" (A/N- I know there aren't any spaces)
"We headed down the stairs
Laughing and joking. And promptly barged in on a making out CC and Josh.
"Oops! big surprise ruined!" I joked before putting the plates down and reach up to passionately kiss Andy.
"And ours apparently!" Andy announced looking a little surprised. I stuck my tongue out at him and winked.
"GAWH! YOU TOO ARE CUTER THAN KITTENS!" Josh and I screamed simultaniously.
"And you are both too cat obsessed!" CC shouted. So all in all it was a very shout-y morning. Eventually Andy felt a bit sick, so we settled down to watch a movie. Andy and I voted Batman, Josh and CC voted Spider-Man.
"Nu-uh! Sick persons vote counts for two!" Andy and I argued.
"Nu-uh!"
"Ooh! The Mask! I love this movie!" CC cried.
"yeah! compromise!" I agreed noisily.
"Fine," Andy pouted "But then Batman."
"Then Spider-Man."
"I don't have any Spider-Man!" I argued.
"To the movie store!" CC shouted.
Finally we settled down with a million Monster's (CC), Chicken flavored chips, (me and Josh), but loads of chocolate, (Andy) and red fizzy drink.(Unanimous decision) I put a blanket ban on alcohol and cigarettes because I was fairly sure even my parents would notice a house that stank of smoke, and I wasn't sure Andy could safely handle being drunk. As batman started up CC went cave man and started ripping off his shirt.
"Haha! Now you have to go get a new top shirtless!" I shouted at him.
"Aww shit!"
"Who gave CC a Monster." A new voice came in.
"Jinxx!" CC screamed running up to him full-pelt, at the last minute Jinxx stepped aside, and CC ran into the door.
"Owee!" CC complained.
"It's good to see you up to your old antics, C. Now, gentle hug?" CC rushed up and put his arms around Jinxx.
"I missed you." josh gave them a minute before coming up and whispering in CC's ear,
"If you keep this up, I might get jealous!" CC grinned and let go of Jinxx, twisting round to kiss Josh full on the mouth.
"Mph! SHEE-SHEE, SHVEESI, SHVEESI!" (A/N- Translation: CC! SQUEEZING, SQUEEZING!)
"You asked for it," CC announced happily letting go of Josh.
"And you are? i take it CC doesn't go around kissing random boys now?"
Josh grinned, "I'm Josh, CC's Boyfriend."
"Nice to meet you Josh, I'm Jinxx, and-" he turned to look a me. Head tipped to the side out of curiosity.
"Kai," I said holding out my hand, "Andy's girlfriend." I looked round, Andy was practically dying from excitement.
"JINXX!!!!!" He screamed. From where I was i could see he was squeezing Jinxx VERY hard.
"Goddamn! Did you and CC swap bodies or something?"
"We've all had about ten Monsters..."
"So how come you're not trying to murder me?"
"I am" I cried jumping on him, this turned into an all out wrestling match. CC, Josh and Andy all ended up joining in. When we were done I chucked Jinxx a Monster.
"Catch up, Spelly!" jinxx laughed at this nickname, and chugged the monster. I sighed and collapsed onto the couch to watch the last half hour of Batman. Andy, CC and Josh promptly landed on me. It was i this position that I woke up the next morning. God knows how I fell asleep.
