Kathryn's POV

~FLASHBACK~

I was sitting on the couch in the 'hang out room' when the owner Ms. Johnson brought in a new born. She new I liked the babies so she brought it in. "Kathryn this is Lukas he was just brought today." She sat down next to me and let me hold him. He smiled up at me. "He's so cute!" I said happily. "Yes. And it looks like he's taken a liking to you." She chuckled. "I guess so." I giggled. She gave me a bottle and let me feed him. When he fell asleep she took him and put him into a crib in the nursery. I then went to my room and layed down. Over time Lukas and I got close. I'd let him listen to music with me and he loved it. I thought of his as my little brother.

2 years later.

Today is Lukas' 2nd birthday. He's old enough to go into a bigger room with an older kid but I was the only one left. Ms. Johnson then came over to me. "Kathryn?" She asked. "Yes?" I replied. "Lukas is too big to be in the nursery anymore. He needs to be moved into a bigger room. And seeing as you don't have a roommate I thought he could bunk with you. Is that ok?" She asked nervously. "Of course!! I love Luke to death!!"

~End of flashbacks~
Ever since then we've been roommates. When ever he had nightmares he'd crawl into bed with me. I was his saviour if you will. When he'd have nightmares he'd crawl into my bed and have me play music for him.
