Highschool story (no longer being writen)
Chapter 1
Kelsey's POV
We just got to the new house in Ohio. I still haven't really talked to Emily and she hasn't talked to me after what happened the night Aaron and my mom told us we were moving. We had the occasional "can you pass the whatever" but other than that not really. What she said hurt. I mean she was right. I don't have friends. But whatever. I was fine on my own...I think. I grabbed some of the boxes full of my stuff and hauled it up to my room. It was a nice room. Gray walls black ceiling. It just needed some stuff on the walls. I carried all my boxes up and than started unpacking. When I was making my bed I looked out the widow and saw a guy around my age walking up to the house next door. He had his hood up and was walking quickly. I only caught a glimpse of his face though. I finished my room and layed down on the bed. Maybe things would be different here. Maybe I'll meet people that like me. But I doubt it, I'm not liked by many people. I heard a knock on my door.
"It's open" I yelled.
Emily walked in and I looked at her.
"Can we talk"
"I guess" I sat up and she came and sat down next to me.
"I'm sorry about what I said. I shouldn't have said it."
"No you shouldn't have.. but you were right, I don't have friends. And I have no idea what it must be like to have to leave them, so apology accepted"
"Really"
"Yeah."
"Well than I'm going to go finish my room I'll talk to you later"
She hugged me than walked out. I got up and grabbed my running shoes and a hoodie before walking downstairs where I saw Aaron and my mom sitting on the couch.
"I'm going for a run, be back soon."
"Okay"
I left the house and started running. I had music blasting in my ears and I felt so good. Like nothing could hurt me. When I got back home after like a hour I could hear someone singing and playing a guitar. I took my headphones out just to be sure that's what I was hearing and it was. I tried to find out where it was coming from so I walked around the house. I saw the neighbor guy I had seen earlier writing in a notebook or something then he would start playing his guitar and singing. I stayed out of view and just listened. If he was as attractive as he sounded then damn. I tried moving over a little bit more but when I did I must have made to much noise because he stopped playing and I heard him set the guitar down. I ran back to the front and went in the house, I hope he didn't see me. I ran up to my room and got in the shower before going to bed. I started a new hell tomorrow and figured being late the first day wouldn't be a good idea.
-next morning-
When I woke up I was already over school.. and it hadn't even started yet. But I got up and got dressed and did my hair. I went to put my contacts in but I couldn't find them. I began looking through bags and boxes but found nothing. I ran into mom and Aarons room and saw Aaron getting ready for work.
"Aaron have you seen my contacts"
"Sorry Kelsey I haven't"
"Damnit. I think I lost them"
"Just wear your glasses today and we'll look tonight" He said trying to tie his tie
I didn't say anything else just walked back into my room and searched one more time. But I had a bus to catch. So I reluctantly put my glasses on and went down stairs to see Jason and Emily eating breakfast.
"Are you guys almost done" I asked
"Yeah. we're done" Jason said.
They cleaned everything up and we walked out of the house. To say I was nervous wouldn't even begin to descried how I felt. I was terrified, my anxiety was getting the best of me and it was getting harder to breath.
"Hey hey Kelsey breath. It'll be okay" Jason said putting his arm around my shoulder
"Thanks Jason"
We got to the stop and I put my headphones in. I knew that Jason wouldn't stay with me the whole day so I was preparing for a day on my own trying to find my ways around. I looked over and saw the guy from next door. and for a second considered going over to talk to him but talked myself out of it.. He wouldn't want to talk to me I'm just the new girl.
When the bus showed up I was pushed out of the way and ended up being the last one on. which caused me to get on the but and not find anywhere to sit except in the front right next to the driver. I looked back and saw Jason and Emily talking to people and they looked like they were enjoying the conversation. I was happy after all they did just get ripped away from their friends. I turned around and then felt something hit the back of my head I ignored it but then it kept happening so I turned around and saw about four assholes in letter man jackets laughing at me. I rolled my eyes and turned back around but I felt like someone was looking at me. I turned and saw my neighbor looking at me but he quickly looked away. He was cute. I just wish I knew his name... We got to the school and I waited until everyone was off before getting out of my seat and walking in to the building. I tried finding the office and hoped Emily and Jason would be waiting so we could all find it together but no such luck.. awesome. I tried asking a few people but they just ignored me and pushed past me. I ended up just standing aimlessly in the middle of the hallway. Whenever people would run into me I would get the comments. "watch out" or "Get out of the way freak" the list went on but the point is people here were already ass holes. The bell rang and everyone rushed to class. Awesome I was late on my first day. The hallway cleared out mostly only a few people remained but they wouldn't help anyway. I started walking again in hope I would be able to find the office now but then felt someone else collide into me. But this time I was pushed to the ground by this person because they were nearly running. I had already excepted the fact they were just going to keep walking and was surprised when I saw shoes in front of my face and then they kneeled down. I then started thinking it was probably just another ass hole stopping to give me shit.
"I am so sorry, are you okay. I should have been paying better attention. I'm so so sorry" He said
"It's fine" I said quietly.
I looked up and saw a very attractive guy
"Here let me help you" He held out his hand for me to take and lifted me up
"Um thanks"
"Yeah of course. after all I was the one to knock you down. Are you sure you're okay."
"I'm fine really. You are the nicest person who ran into me this morning so thank you"
"I'm Adam. I haven't seen you around.. Are you new?"
"Ah yeah. I'm Kelsey. Today is my first day and I'm clueless as to where I'm going. Can you tell me where the office is"
"Yeah sure. Here follow me"
We started walking and Adam started asking questions.
"Where are you from"
"Minnesota"
"What are you doing here in Ohio"
"My step dad got transferred"
"Ah I see. Do you miss your friends back home"
"Um, actually I didn't really have friends back there"
"Oh."
I nodded "Have you lived here your whole life"
"Ten years. we moved when I was 7"
"Oh that's a long time"
"Yeah kinda. We're here"
"thank you"
"Anytime. I'll see you around Kelsey"
"See you around Adam"
I walked into the office and asked the receptionist for my schedule and she handed it to me. She then walked me to the class room and explained to my teacher what happened. Nearly everyone was staring at me. I walked over to the teacher and was told to talk any open desk so I quickly scanned the room and saw Adam sitting in the back and thankfully there was a open desk next to him. I walked back and silently sat down.
"We meet again" He whispered
I laughed and nodded "I guess so. What are we doing"
"Catch up day."
I grabbed a notebook from my bag and started drawing random stupid shit and when I looked back at Adam he was staring at his phone smiling. Girlfriend or a crush I'm guessing. I grabbed my phone and head phones then turned Blessthefall on.
"What are you listening to" Adam asked
"Blessthefall"
"No shit. I love them, not many people have a good taste in music around here"
I grabbed the other headphone and held it out for him to take,
"thanks"
We spent the rest of the hour listening to music and talking. When the bell rang we walked out of the room and he stopped me by the door.
"What do you have next"
"Art. You"
"Phycology. I'll walk you to the art room it's on the way"
"Alright thanks"
Adam walked me there and then said goodbye. I walked in and waited. when the bell rang there were only like five other people in the class. there was one other girl in there who had long brown hair. she was wearing skinny jeans and a t-shirt. I went and sat down a table away from her and the art teacher told me what was going on. I started working on what she told me to do. I took my headphones out and started listening to music. When I stood up to clean up all my stuff I ran into someone and saw a bunch of art supply fall to the floor. shit.
"I'm sorry." I said quickly picking everything up. I looked up and saw the girl from the table over standing next to me. She then started picking the stuff up.
"It's okay."
"I should've been paying attention."
"Hey don't worry about it. Really its not a big deal"
"I'm Kelsey"
"Tay"
We walked up and put everything away then she turned to me.
"Are you new I havnt seen you here"
"yeah, first day"
"And how's it going so far"
"Well I got stuff thrown at me on the bus this morning and was late to first hour. but I did run in to this guy that showed me around so I can't complain to much"
"The people here are ass holes. there are only a few that aren't"
"I can tell"
"What do you have next hour"
I grabbed my schedule out of my back pocket and looked.
"English"
"Cool. me to"
"Great"
Just then the bell rang and me and Tay walked to the room. We both sat in the back of the room and continued talking until the bell rang and the lecture began. I actually liked English so I payed attention for the most part. After that I had Lunch and luckily so did Tay. I followed her to a table and saw four other guys and Adam. There were two seats open so I took the between a empty one and Adam.
"Hey Kelsey" Adam said
"Hey"
"Guys this is Kelsey. Kelsey this is Jinxx, Jake, Ashley and CC. And you know Tay. Andy should be here soon."
"Hey guys" I said shyly.
They all said Hi and I kept my head down.
"Adam where's Mitch" Tay asked
"He's sick I guess"
"Oh"
"What about Andy Jake isn't he in your class last hour"
"Yeah I don't know. He probably snuck out to smoke" Ashley said kinda like he didn't really believe it
They looked worried for some reason but I didn't want to pry. Lunch past with no sign of this Andy guy and before I knew it I was on the bus to go home. When I got off the bus me Emily and Jason all walked home together. It was Friday so I was happy I wouldn't have to go back for a couple days. I ran up to my room and turned up my Ipod so the music was blasting through my ears. I ran back downstairs to get the mail and saw him sitting outside on his steps. I took my headphones out and walked over there nervously.
"Um hi" I said
He jumped and turned to me. "Hi."
"I'm Kelsey. I just moved in next door thought I would say hi"
"I'm Andy"
So this is Andy
"What are you doing" I asked pointing to the notebook in his hand. He shut it quickly and set it aside.
"Nothing just homework"
The next couple seconds were filled with a awkward silence and then I said something.
"I should go. But I'll talk to you later?"
He smiled and nodded. "Yeah. I'll talk to you later"
"See you later Andy"
"See you later"
And that's how I met Andy Biersack.That's where our story begins
