Highschool story (no longer being writen)
Intro
Kelsey's POV
I was laying on my bed listening to music nearly asleep when my step sister Emily walked in. She walked over to me and I sat upright and took my headphones out.
"My dad and Kate wanted me to come get you. Family meeting"
"Since when do we have family meetings"
"I don't know. since now I guess"
"okay then"
I stood up and walked downstairs and saw Aaron my step dad my mom and step brother Jason.
"What's going on" I said sitting down next to Jason
"We have to tell you something" my mom said
"You're not pregnant are you" I asked
"What no no nothing like that" She reassured
"Than what is it" Jason asked
"I've been transferred. We're moving"
"We're what" Jason and Emily both yelled
"We're moving to Ohio"
"No dad we can't. What about school, what about friends" Emily said
"Emily I'm sorry but this isn't up for debate. You'll start school there. make new friends, and you can still call and Skype your friends here.. We leave at the end of the month"
I really didn't care I didn't have friends and I hated it here. But I felt bad for Emily and Jason they had friends here.
Emily shot up and walked upstairs slamming her door shut making me jump.
"This is bullshit" Jason said before getting up and walking upstairs, once again I jumped because of a slamming door.
"Kelsey. How do you feel about this" Aaron asked
"I don't know. It's not like it would make a difference for me, I don't have any friends here anyway"
"So you're okay with this" my mom asked
"Yeah"
"Thank you."
I nodded and stood up.
"I'm going to go back upstairs and go to bed. night guys" I said before turning around and walking to the stairs.
"Night Kelsey"
I walked up the stairs and knocked on Emily's door
"What"
"Can I come in"
"Yeah sure"
I walked in and saw here laying on her bed.
"Em moving isn't all that bad. maybe it'll be a nice change"
"Easy for you to say, I actually have friends. you don't."
ouch
"You know what Emily I was just trying to help you out but forget it."
She looked at me and I walked out of the room slamming the door behind me. I went to my room and layed down in my bed pissed at what Emily said... But it was true, I didn't have any friends.. I wasn't leaving anything behind.
