Chapter 9 (CC's POV)
I just sat there curled into a ball on Andy's lap after they took Jake away. Andy has been singing to me since we got into the car. I jumped as i felt a hand on my back. I look up to see Ashley smile down at me sadly.
We pulled up outside the hospital and i jump out before Jinxx has time to park.
"CC!" I hear someone call after me. But i dont stop. i keep running until i reach the desk.
"Where is Jake Pitts?" I ask nervously as i try and catch my breathe. As im waiting for the answer i hear the guys and Sammi behind me.
"Room 1102 Level C" the lady says as she smiles at me reassuringly.
"Thank you" we all say as we run off to the elevators.
We race up and down the halls, with angry nurses yelling at us to slow down. But we dont stop until we find Jakes room. We barge in as i see him. I feel a smile creep onto my face when i see him look at me. I run into his arms and hug him tightly as i feel the tears run down my face again.
"Shhh CC. It's okay. He's okay" I hear Ashley say. Jake touches his throat so i get him his cup of water. He grabs it and nods his head at me. He gulps it all down and hands me the cup.
"I'm fine CC. Just pneumonia. I guess i got it when i was sitting in the rain looking for you after our misunderstanding" he scowls. I give him a funny face until i realize that its my fault that he is in here. Tears start to prick at my eyes again. He gives me a weird face until realization hits him.
"Noooo CC. It's not your fault. I shouldnt of been out in the cold or out without a jacket. Dont you think that its your fault" Jake scolds me firmly.
"But if i just listened to you instead of-" I try to say before Jake interupts.
"No CC. I'm telling you. It's no ones fault. People get sick because they make mistakes. Now stop trying to blame yourself" He says as he crosses his arms. I nod my head and he pulls me into a hug. Thats when Jake notices everyone else.
We talk for a little while until a doctor comes in and says that he needs to check Jake and we have to leave. So we go down to the cafe and get some coffee. I get Jake his bag of chips and we go back. On the way up on the elevator i realize how happy i am that he's okay. I dont know what i would do without him. We reach his room and Jinxx opens the door.
"CC dont look" Jinxx says camly. I give him a funny look and try to reach for the door but he grabs my hand. i pull it away and open the door and wish i hadnt. I wish i had listen to Jinxx because i see what he was talking about. i see her..........
I see Ella kissing Jake! I stand there with my mouth wide open and tears in my eyes. i drop the coffee and chips and thats when they pull away. Jake looks at me.
"CC its not what it-" Jake starts with tears in his eyes but Ella interrupts.
"It's exactly what it looks like. I told you Jake is and always will be mine" She smiles victoriously.
"NO CC!! I LOVE YOU NOT HER BUT AFTER THE DOCTOR LEFT I CLOSED MY EYES TO REST AND I HEARD SOMEONE AND I THOUGHT IT WAS YOU. SO WHEN SOMEONE KISSED ME I ASSUMED IT WAS YOU AND KISSED BACK!!!!!" Jake yells as i try to leave but Ashley and Andy stop me. I stop and turn around when i hear a slap. I turn to see Sammi has her hands on her hips and Ella with a red cheek.
"Listen you dumb whore! Jake loves CC and CC loves Jake! He doesnt want your cheating slutty ass! So leave and never come back or i will be the shit out of you if you try and fuck with them again. Jake deserves to be happy with cc so go!" Sammi hisses through her teeth. I hug her as Ella gets up and leaves quietly crying.
"CC...." i hear Jake say quietly. i turn around to face him. He looks at me with hurt in his eyes. I run up to him and hug him tightly. He immediately hugs back and we stay like that while everyone quietly leaves while saying they are going to give us a minute alone to talk.
"CC what was she talking about when she said that she told you i was hers?" Jake asks as he pulls away slightly.
" When she came back for her straightners and i opened the door she said somethinngs babe. It doesnt matter.." i mutter. Jake pulls away all the way and looks at me. i look down at my hands and he pulls my chin up so i look at him.
"CC please tell me when she said" Jake pleads to me with puppy dog eyes. i take a deep breathe as i sit down next to him.
-----Back to when CC opened the door-----
I walk to the door and open it to reveal the whore herself.
"Can i help you?" I ask with annoyance clearly heard in my voice.
"I came to get my straightners and talk to my Jake" she says trying to push past me.
"No he doesnt wanna see you. Where are they and i will get them for you" i say with my noice hardening.
"CC why are your lips red?" She asks taking a step towards me.
"They arent" i mumble looking down."
"So you finally made your move on him huh? I knew you like him CC. It was obvious. Even the fans knew. But hes not into you. He's just hurt someone as amazing as me left him. He's just fucking around with you. But watch pretty soon he will come crawling back to me. Want to know why? Because hes mine! And he always will be. So enjoy your fun while you can.You dont really think that hes into you like that do you?" She says with a smirk on her face.
I was ready to say something back when i heard Jake come in and decided against it. I knew what she said wasnt true. Right?

Jake took a minute to take it all in. His face had anger sadness and...... love?
"CC none of that i true because i love you so much babe! Shes just a dumb whore that means nothing to me anymore. I'm yours and only yours. I dont want to be anyone elses because you are my one and only" Jake says as he pulls me close. I feel the tears come down my face.
"I love you so much Jake. You make me the happiest person alive and you have no idea how happy that made me to hear you say that" i choke out of the tears. I bury my face into his warm neck. I love this man right here more then anything.
"I love you too CC. And i mean every word of it baby. And you make me happier then anyone else ever could and everyone else combined" Jake says soothingly in my ear.
"AWWWWW!!!" We release each other to see the rest of the band and Sammi. I blush lightly and Jake smiles. They start a conversation but i dont follow it. I rest my head on my loves shoulder. I smile and think about how amazing this is. To be surround by the people i love. Jake kisses my forehead and i smile. I dont know how this could get any better. We talked more until they left and i fell asleep next to the love of my life.
