Imagine Me and You

Laughter filled the room and Ebony could only smile as she moved from the small counter towards the crowded kitchen table. She was on tour with her boyfriend and his band-visiting while they were still on the west coast and things had definitely been crazy. These guys liked to party and Ebony was no stranger to wild nights with a bunch of guys.

Smiling, with a beer in her hand, Ebony tucked a piece of her light blonde hair behind her ear, her eyes catching the white tips in the light and she thought momentarily about changing the color. As she looked around, Ebony noticed that everyone was getting into the swing of things and a rousing game of strip poker was almost underway.

Jinxx was sitting beside her, having thrown an arm around her shoulders as he slid her cards towards her and she could only smile. Andy and Dess were sitting across from them, their own cards held high as they both tried to concentrate. Jake was sitting on a stool at the end of the table, Ella perched on his knee and she had already removed her shirt. Ashley and CC-both lone wolves in their own rights were both sitting in nearby recliners, their own cards in front of their faces. Finally Ebony looked down at her cards and groaned-she wasn’t good at poker and knew she would probably be naked within the first few games.


“Alright-are we all ready?” Ashley asked from his seat and Ebony felt a cold sweat cross her brow. Was she ready? Fuck no-she knew this was a bad idea but when the guys were on tour there was very little to do and it was either this or truth or dare.

“Yeah I guess-although I might as well just take my clothes off now…” Ebony laughed and then turned to look at Jinxx. He was still in his clothes from the stage earlier that day-a white leather vest and matching leather pants. He was kooky and weird at times, but Ebony loved him and couldn’t imagine being with anyone else.

“I mean that is an option.” CC said, wiggling his eyebrows at her as he sipped at his beer. Oh CC-the two of them had a funny relationship. They had met in high school, tried the dating thing for two weeks and then realized that it was as if they were dating siblings. Now they picked at one another constantly and yet there was this weird sexual tension going on between the two.

“I still think we should play truth or dare…” Dess mumbled as she cuddled into Andy’s side and looked down at her cards. Ebony only smiled-she liked Dess, they really never got to talk since the girl was always on tour with the guys, but over the past week the two had bonded. Ebony had been helping Dess and Trish out at her merch tent and the three girls had found that they had quite a bit in common.

“Why-so you can lock my naked ass outside again…I don’t fucking think so!” CC laughed and Ebony only smirked across the table at the other blonde. She hadn’t been there, but Jinxx had gotten some of it on camera and it had made Ebony laugh for an entire week.

“Oh you poor thing-that will teach you to never go in to a prank war with me again…” Dess laughed as she shuffled her cards around, biting down on her lip in thought.

“Yeah well now you and I are allies against those poor suckers in Sleeping!” CC had stood and Ebony only smiled as he and Dess high fived. Ebony looked down at her cards then-eight of clubs, seven of clubs, five of hearts and ten of clubs. Not too bad.

“Can we just play already?” Ashley asked and everyone got very quiet as they tried to focus. Ebony was having a hard time-she was pretty drunk and so focusing on something other than the way her own tongue tasted was rather difficult.


The room was silent as people threw down cards and picked ones up. Finally people began to fold and clothes were being tossed around the room. Ebony had ended up with not too much-a straight with her clubs, but it wasn’t enough to win the hand and so now she was sitting there with no pants on. She still had on her shirt, jacket, bra and underwear on. Ella had taken her bra off and was now sitting there topless, which was nothing new and it wasn’t like they hadn’t all seen her tits anyways.

Andy had taken off his shirt, Dess her bra, but she still had her shirt on. CC and Ashley both stripped their pants and were now sitting in their boxers, t-shirts and shoes. Jinxx had won the hand and so he remained clothed and Ebony laughed as Jake took his pants off, but placed Ella’s bra on top of his messy head.

A new hand was dealt and Ebony only sighed as she looked down at her cards-she might as well just take a piece of clothing off now because there was no way she was going to win. A five of hearts, a seven of hearts, an ace of diamonds and a three of spades. Fuck-which piece of clothing would she take off next?

She played the game and suddenly as she looked down Ebony realized that the cards were turning in her favor. She traded her ace of diamonds in for a six of hearts and then her last move she gave away her three of spades and got an eight of hearts. Straight flush. She proudly laid her cards on the table and laughed as everyone groaned.


“I think you cheated!” CC laughed as he pulled his shirt over his head and Ebony just stuck her tongue out at him. Everyone grumbled as they removed their clothes-except Jake and Ella who had disappeared back to the bunks.

“Oh suck it up Coma and deal!” The small girl laughed, her tiny hands smacking against the table top as her cards were passed over. Oh shit-this was going to be good and suddenly Ebony realized that her luck was turning around.

“Well I’m folding now because if I take anything else off I’ll pretty much be naked and I’m not gonna give this away for free.” Dess laughed as she tossed her cards to the table and Ebony watched as Andy did the same. They were such a cute couple and she watched as the two of them got up from the table and walked hand in hand towards the back lounge-they did both love watching movies together.

“Spoil sport! I was looking forward to seeing you naked the most!” Ash called over his shoulder and Ebony only laughed as Dess flicked the bassist off before disappearing. Those two had a weird thing going on and Ebony knew it was only a matter of time before things came to a head.


Everyone grew quiet again as they looked over their cards and suddenly Ebony realized that she was the only girl left in the room. Fuck-this turned from being a fun activity between friends…to being kind of a creepy foursome and she wasn’t really sure what to do. Her cards this round were shit and Ebony knew that this was it for her. She looked over at Jinxx’s cards and noticed that he pretty much had nada either.

They had been playing for over two hours and with one look at the clock on the counter she realized that it was nearing three in the morning. They all usually stayed up fairly late, but Ebony and Ella both had to get up to head back home in the morning and so with a quick move Ebony tossed her cards to the table and looked over at Jinxx.

He was sitting there, his tongue sticking out of his mouth perfectly and she couldn’t help but smile. He had such a kidlike way of doing things and every time he was concentrating really hard on something, his tongue came out one corner of his mouth and his eyes crossed slightly. It didn’t go unnoticed that her cards had been tossed down as CC, who had moved to take Andy’s spot, just looked up at her and rolled his eyes.

She was such a quitter-but hey she knew when she had been beaten and this was one of those times. Ebony noticed Jinxx was finally looking up, his own cards laying face down on the table. Ashley was the only one who was still in this game and it was funny because his interest in playing strip poker was now in the back lounge making out with her fiancé.


“I think we’re done for the night.” Ebony said, stretching her arms over her head as she yawned to prove her point. Jinxx wrapped an arm around her shoulders, pulling her close to kiss her lightly on the side of her head.

“Yeah-Ebony has to get up early to head out and I wanted to spend some time with her tonight. Later guys!” Jinxx said as he rubbed her shoulder and moved in to place a small kiss to her lips. God she loved this man-he could read her like a book and he always could tell when she had had enough.

“God you all suck! Remind me to go to the I See Stars bus the next time I want to have any fun…” Ashley grumbled as he tossed his cards down to the table.


The couple said nothing as they both rose from the table, stretching and groaning as their stiff muscles moved in different ways. Jinxx grabbed for her hand and Ebony smirked as he pulled her back towards their bunk and all but pushed her inside. They had wanted to spend some private time together since she wouldn’t see him for a few months and this was exactly what they were doing now. As they kissed and finished stripping one another of their clothes Ebony couldn’t help but think about how lucky she was.

She didn’t need a Royal Flush to win the game of love…she already had Jinxx and that was all that mattered.
