Roommate Situation

The next morning I opened my eyes and groaned. I had a massive headache and I couldn’t remember much from the night before. I remember kicking ass at guitar hero and then playing pong but that is about it. I sat up and realized that I wasn’t in my room. Where the hell was I? And I definitely wasn’t in my clothes. I had on somebody else’s shirt, with no pants on! Was I even in my apartment?

I got out of the bed, almost tripping over clothes that were all over the floor and opened the door. Good news was that I was still in my apartment, bad news was I was 90% sure I was in Andy’s room. What the hell did I do last night?

Jake came out of the bathroom and looked at me confused. “What are you doing in Andy’s room?”

“I don’t know!” I panicked. “I just woke up and I was here. Do you know what happened?”

Jake shook his head. “Obviously I don’t if I was asking you what you’re doing in there. Besides I went to bed before you guys.”

“You didn’t…did you?” Jake asked taking in my appearance.

“I don’t know.” I answered, trying to remember.

My door opened up and Danny came walking out with just his boxers on and Andy (the kitten) in his arms. “What are you doing in Andy’s room and his shirt?” Danny asked squinting at me.

“Better question what the hell were you doing in my room and where the fuck are your clothes?” I answered not wanting to go through the whole conversation I had with Jake all over again with Danny.


Danny was quiet for a second. Probably trying to think. “Getting pussy.” He finally said holding out Andy.

I grabbed him from Danny and rolled my eyes. “Real mature.” I could hear voices in the kitchen; one was definitely Austin.

I left the guys in the hallway and walked into the kitchen. Andy was sitting at the counter in just a pair of shorts and Austin was cooking with just his shorts on. What the hell was up with all the shirtless guys? It’s like they were trying to one up each other. And I had to say that Austin was winning. Were the thoughts that went through my head as I took in the scene around me. Then I realized that I just had a tee shirt on….I really needed to get some friends that were girls.

Both the guys stopped talking and looked at me as if I was the one that they were talking about.

“Please tell me you guys remember what happened last night.” I said coming into the kitchen acting calm and collected even if I wasn’t. I sat down next to Andy and put the kitten on the counter.

“You sang Tip Toe Through the Tulips and then slept with Danny.” Andy said looking serious.

“No you didn’t.” Austin answered.

“You sang Cherry Pie and went to give Austin a blow job but started laughing because of how small he was.” Andy continued on.

“Now I know that’s not true because I don’t know the words to Cherry pie and Austin is far from small.” I answered. I took Andy’s cup from him and took a sip.

“Danny fell asleep in your room with Andy…the cat and Andy gave us his room to sleep in.” Austin answered.

“Pfft…you did more than sleep.” Andy answered taking his cup back from me.

“Whoops.” I replied not knowing what else to say. At least I didn't have sex with Andy. That would be a bit embarrassing to say the least.

“I thought you said you guys were just friends.” Andy went on.

“We are.” I answered looking at Austin but he looked like he didn’t want any part of this conversation. “Just sometimes with benefits. Like when we’re drunk or just really want sex and don’t want to catch herpes from a random stranger.” I answered not knowing any other way to explain it.

“And you guys just had to choose the one time you’re in my bed to play the friends with benefits card.” Andy continued on.

“He’s making you breakfast! I think that’s payback enough. Can you just pull a card from my deck and forget about it?” I responded.

“So you guys were the ones having sex last night.” Ben said coming into the kitchen. He had been asleep on the floor when I walked through the living room to get into the kitchen. “You are a very vocal girl.” He sat down next to me.

“Especially when she’s drunk.” Austin chimed in.

“Hey! You’re supposed to be on my side!” I said pointing to Austin.

“You forgot last night, that’s like a blow to my ego.” Austin answered and set a plate of pancakes in front of us.

“Pfft…whatever.” I said taking a pancake. “If we could stop talking about my sex life that would be awesome.”

“Who else’s would we talk about? We don’t want to talk about ours.” Andy answered.

“So how about them Red Sox.” I said randomly trying to distract them.

“It’s not baseball season.” Austin answered.

“I’m tired of getting ganged up on so I’m going to go get ready and then go to the mall.” I got up from my seat and left the room.

“Hey can I come?” Andy asked following me.

“To my room?” I asked confused.

“Yes I want to watch you get dressed.” Andy responded sarcastically. “No to the mall.I have to pick some things up.”

I shrugged my shoulders, “Sure I don’t really care. I just have to take a quick shower and then I’ll be ready.”

“Don’t forget your towels this time.” Andy said with a smirk.

“Oh I won’t.” I answered with a chuckle. There was no way I wanted to give anyone else a free show.
