I haven't seen Kay since I was twelve. The receptionist tells me she's with my father. I wait for a while more and the receptionist tells me my father has passed on. I know I should feel sad but all I feel is numb. I see a guy of average height helping a shortish woman with long black hair and a pronounced baby bump.
"WAIT!" The receptionist calls out. The couple turns back towards me. I recognize the woman. It's my sister.
"Lukas," She sighs and holds a hand out to me. I walk forward and hug her.
"I missed you." I say because it's true I did. Everyone is silent as we drive to their home. Kayleigh gives me a blanket and pillow when we get to her apartment. It's small but comfy. As I drift to sleep I swear I hear crying.

I am awaken by the man from last night.
"Good morning, Lukas. I'm Ashley. Kayleigh says to get up. Breakfast is almost ready and then we are going to your house. It was left to her in your fathers will. If she chooses we may be moving in there." He smiles.
"You wouldn't happen to be Ashley Purdy?" I ask running my fingers over the stitches on my forehead. He nods and laughs. "Mommy, Daddy!" A little boy with dark hair runs out.
"Kellin." I smile. Yupp, I am a fan of BVB.
"Is this my sister? She's soo big! Howe am I supposed to protect her?" He looks up at me. Kayleigh laughs entering the room and sweeping Kellin up in her arms.
"No, this is your uncle Lukas." She hugs him before pointing to her belly.
"Your sisters are in there." She smiles as he looks at her belly in awe.
We enter the kitchen and eat before getting in the car and heading to my house. I hope we move in here. It's my home.
