A Melodic Sound

"Oh my gosh I missed you so much!" Ella screamed running at me. "Woah! At least let me get out of the car first Ell." I giggled. She grabbed me and squeezed. "Uh..Can't breath." I said gasping. She let me go and held me out at arms length. "Was it fun? Did everything go good?" She asked smiling. "Oh girl I have so much to tell you." I said smiling wide. "Well come on and we can talk about it over a cup of tea." She said wrapping her arm around my shoulder.

"Wait for me Mel!" Andy said running after us. I turned around and kissed his cheek. "Sorry baby." I said smiling. "Actually I'll give you some girl time. Ashley texted me and told me to come over. So I'll see ya later." He said kissing me. "Love you" I said as he pulled off. I turned and walked into the house.

"Okay so tell me all about it!" Ella said eagerly. "Not without us!" Someone screamed from upstairs. I turned to see Sammi and Lauren running down the stairs. "Oh my gosh. Hey guys!" I said standing up to hug them both. "Go get a cup of tea and join us." Ella said. "Okay be right back. Don't start talking about the trip until we get back!" Lauren said running to the kitchen.

"Okay now you can start." Lauren said sitting back down. "Alrighty, well the trip was great. I mean my dream place with my dream guy. It was awesome." I said smiling. "Well what all did you do?" Sammi asked leaning in with excitement. "We um..we went to the beach of course. We slept, ate a lot, and just spent every moment together. It was magical." I said.

"What else?" Lauren asked. "Uh well nothing to exciting. I mean there's one thing I've been dying to tell you." I said smiling. "Oh my gosh what?" Ella said excited. "Well we were on the pier and Andy got me chocolate covered strawberries. It was so romantic. But then out of the blue he said that...he wanted to start a family." I said smiling. "Oh my gosh! No he didn't!" Sammi shrieked. "Yes he did!" I said standing up. "Well what did you say?" Ella asked. "Yes of course!" I said pulling them all into a group hug.

As I sat down I realized that these girls were my true sisters. I didn't need tons of friends or family. Because the guys, Andy, and these three girls were all I needed.
