The girl across the hall

"Andy!" Arielle shouts as she rushes through the front door to their apartment. The singer comes out from the small temporary recording studio he had set up in an extra bedroom to practice singing the album in. He looks at the giddy writer in curiosity until she jumps up and hooks her feet behind her back and connects their lips into a kiss so rough that would look to anyone else that they were trying to eat each other's faces off.
"I-got- a promotion!" Arielle squeals when Andy pulls away to ask why she is so excited. He immediately reconnects their lips into a passionate kiss, finding their way back to the bedroom as they almost tear off each other's clothing.

"So what exactly is this promotion you got?" Andy asks while trailing his fingers over Arielle's bare back. She shivers while whispering, "I'm the assistant editor of the whole magazine now. They have been really surprised by how good my work has been and how well the readers have enjoyed it that they decided I needed to be more a part of the teen vogue over all. I even get to coordinate some of the photo shoots and when the editor goes on maternity leave in a few months I get to be the editor until she comes back!"
"I'm so proud of you honey!" Andy exclaims, kissing her cheek. "When do you start your new job?"
"I'm moving offices tomorrow. I start on Monday." Arielle smiles up at the singer, connecting their lips for a moment before she whispers, "I love you."
"I love you too Arielle."

"Andy... Do you want to move into a house?" She asks quietly after a few minutes of comfortable silence. Andy tenses up slightly at this until she continues. "I mean, I have the means to and I have had the means to for a while... Then we would be able to really get more comfortable and have a place to ourselves... Andy, I know I want to spend the rest of my life with you and I think maybe that if we decided we want to start a family then we could and not have to worry about moving..."
Andy sighs, thinking for a moment. His breathing tickles Arielle's ear as she nervously awaits her answer. "I mean, maybe... It's a really big decision Ari, it's a lot of money and we would have to take out loans from the bank-"
"No, Andy I would never do that. My dad taught me at a very young age to always pay cash for anything such as land or a house. That's why I'm suggesting it, I have the means to pay cash for a decent size house."
"But I don't know if I do..." Andy mumbles, "I would really have to check the balances of my bank accounts and I think it would be best if we waited until my band's album comes out since that might make a difference in my decision."

"Alright, it's certainly not something we should do right away and I think that we definitely need to talk it over when we are in a more serious situation." Arielle whispers, turning in Andy's arms so they are face to face. His lips meld to hers, creating a moment of peace between the happy couple. He pulls away after a few moments, looking into her brown eyes that are filled with happiness to match the deep pools of blue.

"Babe, why don't we get married?"

Soo I meant to update last night since it was Andy's birthday but I am on a very stressful vacation with my family (Aka lots of racist, sexist, and homophobic comments made :/) therefore have not had time to sit down and update this. Anyways, bvb won most of the altpress polls if you didn't already know... Personally, I think some other bands deserved to win a few but thats just me. Hope all of you who celebrate christmas had a lovely holiday and your family didn't make too many comments... Happy new year guys!
