You Saved Me

Katie's POV: After Camdon wakes up, I quietly excuse myself to call Jake and ask him to let the rest know what happened, and that I won't be there right after school as planned.
"Alright, yeah. Not a problem, but is everyone okay?" he asked.
"Yeah. We're all good. Bunny got a few scrapes, but Camdon is the one who's actually pretty bad off. The nurse said he probably has a concussion, but aside from that he's fine," I tell him.
"Alright. If you can, you should bring them to the studio so we can meet them," Jake says, trying to lighten the mood.
"Yeah. Sounds like a cool idea. Thanks, Jake. I got to go though, and get back to them," I say, and we say our goodbyes, then hang up. I stuff my phone back in my back pocket then, and head back inside.
Camdon's sitting up now, but still looks really out of it, as he looks at his sisters, who are telling him what happened to land him here on their first day of school.
"I don't remember a whole lot, just that those two guys started pushing me and I tried to get away, but then it back an all out war. They started hitting me, and when I tried to fight back the one grabbed me while the other hit me," he tells his sisters.
"I guess it was lucky we all went out to eat then," Rocket says, "If we hadn't then we probably wouldn't have known until you guys went home and saw him."
"Yeah, but I still want to kick that douche bags ass," Bunny says.
"Ditto," Echo says.
"I'm fine, guys," Candom states, sitting up further in bed.
"I'll be the judge of that," the nurse says, walking into the room. Once again she asked us to step out into the hallway, so we do.
"Did you call the boys to let them know we might be a little late?" Red asked.
"Yeah. Jake said he'd tell the guys," I reply, checking a text from Ashley asking if I was okay.
"Who?" Echo and Bunny ask at the same time, while I text back that I'm alright.
"Jake Pitts of Black Veil Brides," I tell them, sitting on one of the uncomfortable plastic chairs.
"Wait, so you're telling us, you know the Black Veil Brides?" Bunny asked in disbelief.
"Yes, she does, and in fact she's dating Ashley Purdy," Red says.
"What?" Echo asked in shock, looking at her sister, then they both look at me, and Bunny says, "No. That would mean you're..."
"Katie Monroe-Vanity. Yes, I am," I tell her.
"Then you don't just know the Brides, but you live with..." Echo trails off, still in shock.
"The one and only, Dahvie Vanity and Jayy Von Monroe, of BOTDF," I finish for her, "And yes, I do. They're my brothers."
"Oh, my God!" Bunny shouts a little too loudly.
"Chill, girl," Red says with a smirk.
"Sorry, it's just that...That...I can't believe I didn't realize it sooner. I mean, I saw you in concert with them just over the summer. Probably because I never thought I'd be going to school with you," Bunny says, shaking her head as if trying to clear it.
"Don't feel bad," Rocket says, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder, "I was the same way when she told me about Ashley. I actually didn't believe her until I saw him in person."
"You guys can go back in, if you'd like. He can leave whenever you're ready," the nurse says, walking back into the hallway.
"Thank you," Echo says, then pops a sucker in her mouth, and we all head back in the small room.
Camdon's sitting on the edge of the bed now, and gripping the side for dear life. When the twins see this, they race over to him and ask what's wrong.
"Just letting my anger get to me again," he tells them, and the look in his eyes tells me he's ready to kill the next person who pisses him off.
"Hey, thanks for the invite, but I think we should take Camdon home and stay with him. Maybe some other time," Bunny tells Red and me, then helps Camdon out of the office.
"Did you get their number?" Red asked.
"Nope. You?" I ask.
"Nope. Oh well, we'll see them again. I mean, we go to the same school for crying out loud," Red says with a small shrug, and the three of us head out to my car.
Once inside, I pull out of the parking lot, then head towards the studio, while blasting my BOTDF Epic CD and singing along to Success is the Best Revenge.
Ashley's POV: After Jake told us what happened, I started to instantly worry that Katie got hurt, so I text her, but it takes nearly a half an hour to get a reply that simply says, "I'm fine."
I couldn't seem to focus, and it was starting to get on the guys nerves, but I could care less right now. A short time later though, we hear IDGAF blasting outside.
We all look at one another in confusion, then Jinxx smiles like a smart ass and says, "Katie's here."
We all laugh, then walk over to the door, and when we open it we see Katie park the car, then her, Rocket, and Red stand on the seats of her Mustang, cup their hands around their mouths then shout out the lyrics.
"SHUT THE FUCK UP, BITCH, I'M RATED X! NEVER GAVE A FUCK, SO SUCK MY DICK! SHUT THE FUCK UP, BITCH! I'M RATED X! NEVER GAVE A FUCK, SO SUCK MY DICK!" they all shout, then Rocket sings, "Hottie with the Tomb Raider body, come here and sip up this shotty. Get naked, kick up this party. Don't be afraid to get naughty."
They keep that up for the next few seconds of the song, then hop over the sides of her car, and she walks over to us.
"So, what did you think?" she asked when they reach us.
I look over at the guys then and see their reactions. Andy's jaw is hanging open, but he's got a smile playing in his eyes and on his lips. Jinxx is pinching the bridge of his nose between his thumb and index finger and trying to hide his laughter. Jake is just starring at the three in shock, and CC is just laughing his ass off.
"That was Epic!" CC says, high fiving Katie, then Red, and finally Rocket.
"No pun intended, I'm sure," Katie says with a smirk.
"Nope. None," CC says, not understanding what she means, but I'll explain it to him later.
"It was...Interesting, to say the least," Jinxx says, hiding his smile behind his hand.
"And that's how you do it!" Andy says, hugging the three friends.
"Do what? Get the cops called?" Jake says jokingly.
"That was really entertaining. You should do that more often," I tell them, then hug Katie and kiss her temple, as we all head back inside.
