Ashley's POV: I watch Katie as she performs with her brothers. She really is a natural on the stage, as she struts around, dancing here and there with Jayy and Dahvie. Andy then comes up next to me and says, "You just can't help it, can you?" I look over at him and arch an eyebrow at him, in confusion. What's he talking about? "It's alright. I'm the same way with Juliet. When you find the right person you want nothing more than to spend the rest of your life with, you know. Not just because she's beautiful, but because you make an effort to make sure she's happy. That she's safe, and in return you gain her trust and love. I can see it clearly between you two," he explains. I look back to Katie, and can't help the goofy smile that plays across my face as I see how much fun she's having. Maybe Andy's right. After the show, she comes backstage and hugs me tightly. I hug her back, and gently kiss the top of her head, then whisper, "You did beautifully, babe. I love you so much." She looks up at me, then kisses me on my lips and says, "Thanks, babe. I love you too. More than words could describe." The truth in her eyes as she says those words nearly floors me, but I manage to hold myself pretty well, then gently kiss her again. We walk hand in hand back to the buses, and sit together as we make our way to the hotel we'll be staying at. I decide to carry her in, since she's already half asleep. I know as soon as she wakes up though, she'll be a little ball of energy. One thing I've learned about her, is she always has to have an hour nap after any concert, then she'll be set for a couple hours, to hang out with everyone. Only tonight's a little different. It'll just be us together tonight. (1 hour later) Katie's POV: When I wake up from my nap, I look around the small hotel room, to see Ashley nowhere in sight. Were is he? That's when I notice the sound of the shower shutting off, and a few moments later he emerges with a towel around his waist, and drying his hair with another. I smile as I watch him, and when he turns to his bag, he jumps slightly to see me sitting up. I blush crimson and look down at my fingers, knowing I've just been caught in the act of checking him out. "So my little lady outlaw finally awakes from her slumber, huh?" He asked, teasing me. Why am I so shy around him? I shouldn't be. He is my boyfriend after all. I take a deep breathe, then notice the pack of condoms that fell from Ashley's bag while he was looking for his PJ's. Am I ready? I feel like I am, but still... As Ashley goes to pick them up and put them back in the bag, my hand automatically reaches out to stop him. He looks up at me, and I whisper, "I'm ready."
