Perfectly imperfect.

~Caysen's POV~
I drove to Austin's quickly, blasting All Time Low the whole way. I pulled up to his apartment complex and parked my car a few parking spots over from his. I wiped some stray tears from my cheeks, turning the car off. I quickly texted Austin, saying that I was there.
I grabbed my purse and jumped out of the car, locking it as I went. I walked up the steps to Austin's place, I'd memorized this walk from all the times Ro and Sky had begged to stay with him. I smiled as I remembered when they were deciding who they wanted their god father to be.
Me and Ash chose Ronnie, Danny, Andy, Austin, Vic, and Kellin as the kids choices for potential godparents. They all had certain qualities that made them a good candidate. For example, Ronnie had Willow and already had experience with children. I remember when the kids can back from Danny's, they raved about how much fun they had and how many times they had conned Danny into letting them sleep with him. Then there was the week they came back from Austin's, now that was something that made him my top pick for their Godfather. ~Flashback~
"Mommy! Tell Sky to give me back my doll!" Ro said from the backseat. I smiled as I thought about how a few years ago I wouldn't have thought I'd ever be saying for my children to play nice. "Sky, give Ro her doll back." I heard them muttering to each other, I smiled as I pulled into Austin's apartment complex. I turned to the car off and got out, I walked to the back driver's side door and opened it to reveal my little princess.
I unbuckled her from her car seat and sat her down on the ground. Sky crawled out of the car and held my hand tightly. I quickly grabbed their bags out of the back and handed each one their designated bag. They each mumbled a "Thanks mom." Before walking towards the apartment complex.
"Here kids let me show you Austin stays." I said smiling, grabbing their hands. I led them up the few flights of stairs before knocking on Austin's door.
It swung open immediately to reveal a shirtless and happy Austin. "Hey kiddos!" He said bending down to their level so they could hug him. "Uncle Austin!" They both shouted before attacking him with hugs. He laughed and sat on the ground, bringing them with him.
I smiled thinking to myself 'Austin may actually be the one to become their godfather.' Soon we were inside and the kids were exploring the place they'd call home for a week. Me and Austin sat across from each other on the couch, talking about random things mostly.
"Caysen, why'd you choose me?" He said looking down at his hands. I smiled, as I had been expecting this question from all of them. "Me and Ash want someone we trust enough with our most prized possessions ever; our kids. So you, along with a few other people were chosen by us. We are just letting the kids pick who they want as their godfather." I said smiling at him, he looked up at me and smiled. "T-This really is an honor Caysen." He said his voice shaking slightly.
I reached over and hugged him tightly. "You're mom would be so proud of you Austin." I whispered. I let go of him as the kids ran back into the room, attacking Austin with hugs once again. "Uncle Austin, what's for dinner?" Sky asked sitting on his knee.
"Hm I was thinking of making some Chicken Alfredo with some veggies." He said smiling at them both. "Eww veggies..." Ro said sticking her tongue out. "No ice cream for you then!" Austin sang as he sat them down and got up.
The kids looked at each other, their eyes widening. "I mean, uhm, yum veggies!" Ro said running after him. I got up and laughed, walking after them into the kitchen with Sky.
"I've got to go kiddos." I said leaning down and kissing the top of Sky's head. Ro ran over to give me a hug. "Bye mommy!" She said squeezing me tightly. "I love you my little prince and princess." I said pulling them both into a hug. "I love you too mom." Sky said squeezing me lightly. "I love you the mostest mommy." Ro whispered in my ear. I laughed before standing up and walking out the door, leaving my two precious babies behind.
~End of flashback~
Soon I found myself standing in front of Austin's apartment door. I knocked and heard someone scramble to the door. I heard something slam against the door and unlock a few of Austin's locks. "Password please." Vic said peering around the corner of the door.
"Move over shorty." I said squeezing through the door. "Vic, who's at the door?" Austin said coming around the corner wiping his hands on his pants. "Just the birth giver of your godchildren." I said walking up to him, smiling slightly. "Caysen!" Austin said enveloping me in a light hug. "Ash is really worried about you..." He mumbled against my ear. I frowned at the mention of him, but felt happy I suppose that he was at least worried about me.
"Can I get in on this hug?" Vic said from behind me. "Of course." I laughed opening up my arm for him. We had a group hug for a few seconds before parting. "Now, lets dig into these ice cream tubs and talk about your husband." Austin said disappearing into the kitchen and coming back out with two vanilla ice cream tubs.
I smiled before nodding and walking into Austin's living room and plopping down onto the sofa. "Spill your guts girl." Vic said in a high voice. I smiled before telling them the whole story, after that we sat in an awkward silence before Vic decided to leave.
"Austin?" I said quietly. By now we had put the ice cream away seeing as none of us were very hungry. "Yes?" He said looking at me intently. I bit my lip and looked into his big chocolate brown eyes. Then my eyes darted to his lips, how they were perfectly shaped.
"C-Can I tell you something I've always wanted to do?" I said feeling my eyes water a bit. "Of course love." Austin said moving closer to me and draping his arm over my shoulder. "I-I've kinda always wanted to k-kiss you..." I said feeling the familiar warmth of blush creeping up my neck. "Do it then." He said close to my ear.
I jumped up and said "No Austin, if Ash found out i-it'd kill him!" I started to walk towards the door when I felt Austin grab my wrist gently and pull me back. "Caysen, I meant a kiss on the cheek. You kiss your husband's bandmates on the cheek, why am I any different?" He said looking at me confused. I knew I couldn't ever kiss him, what if Ash found out? He's probably already pissed with me.
"Austin, are you drunk?" I said pulling my arm away. "It's different with Ash's bandmates because they're married and know that a simple kiss on the cheek is something I do to their wife." I said turning once again to walk out. This time, Austin spun me around and pushed me against the wall. "Aus-" I was cut off by him pressing his lips against mine.
