~J's POV~
I smiled as Jeydon asked me to dance with him, he was such a sweet guy. I noticed that Dakota had asked Ro to dance, she was blushing like mad. She told me that they've been texting each other non-stop since the day we met them at the mall. "So, uh J, I need to ask you something." Jeydon said nervously as we began to dance. "What is it?" I said smiling at him, god he's so cute when he's nervous. "Well, I uh really like you and I was wondering if-" he was cut off by some asshole shoving him out of the way. "What the hell man! What's your problem?" I yelled at the stranger who was glaring at me. I walked over to Jeydon who was standing up, I put my arm around his waist to support him. "Dude, what the fuck do you want?" Jeydon growled at him, the guy was still staring at us and I was starting to get really uncomfortable. The guy started to walk towards us, I suddenly recognized him. He was my ex boyfriend, he was really abusive when we were together and I'm pretty sure he hasn't changed. I tightened my grip around Jeydon's waist, I was getting really scared. He was getting closer and closer to us with every step he took. "J-Jeydon... That's my ex I was telling you about... He's really scaring me right now." I whimpered into his side. "Shh baby, it's okay I won't let him hurt you." Jeydon said to me quietly as he was rubbing my back. "Dude, get the hell away from Jenna. She's my girlfriend." Hunter said reaching for me. Jeydon pushed me behind him wen Hunter tried to reach for me again and kept blocking his attempts at grabbing me. I heard him let out a frustrated sigh as he stopped trying to grab me. "You'll have to go through me to get her you abusive asshat." Jeydon said to him. I heard Hunter chuckle before punching Jeydon, causing a few girls around us to scream. Jeydon dropped to the ground, clutching his side. "Jeydon!" I screamed dropping to my knees beside him. "I-I'm oka- J look out!" He yelled as he pulled me down beside him. I looked up to see I had barely missed one of Hunter's punches aimed at my head. "Give it up whore, he doesn't want you." Hunter said grabbing my arm, okay that shit hurts. "Ow! Ro! Dakota! Help me!" I yelled out panicking. I noticed Ro run through the crowd of people surrounding us, shortly followed by Dakota. "Get away from her! Leave my sister alone!" Ro yelled running at Hunter. She kinda looked funny, she was all prettied up and about to fight my ex who was wearing jeans and a dress shirt. Wait, how the hell did he get in here? "Get away whore." Hunter said to Ro before he pushed her down. Okay, that made me really mad. Nobody talks to my sister like that or treats her like that without me beating them down. "You fucker! I'm going to rip your-" my screeching was cut off by the principal, my history teacher, and my art teacher pulling me away from Hunter's grasp. "Young man, I have no idea how you got in here, but be assured you will NEVER come back here." Mr. Mayes my principal said sternly to Hunter as Mr. Sykes (my art teacher) and Mr. Bell (my history teacher) held Hunter by his arms so he couldn't get away. I ran over to Ro who was sitting up, looking a bit dazed. "Ro! Oh my god, are you okay?!" Dakota said as he ran over to her "I-I'm okay, what about Jeydon? Is he alright? J, what about you? Are you alright?" She questioned me I smiled and nodded my head. I stood up to go and check on Jeydon to see he was already walking towards me. "Let me try that again, I really like you and want to be with you. So, will you please be my girlfriend?" He said pulling me close to him, and began dancing slowly with me. I giggled and said "I thought you'd never ask." I sealed the deal by putting my hands on his face and bringing it close enough to mine to kiss him.
~Sky's POV~
Mom and dad came the next day to pick me and Jasper up from the hospital. I truly thought that mom was going to crush Jasper while she was giving him a hug. Right now, I made Jasper sit on my bed, propped up by pillows while I played him a song on the guitar. "So, babe I've been thinking and I realized we don't have a 'ship name..." Jasper said grinning at me. "Oh I have one, how does Jaslar sound?" I said excitedly as I was tuning my guitar. "It sounds great babe." Jasper said smiling at me. "Alright I'm ready, so uh just sit back and relax." I said letting out a nervous sigh. It was now or never.

I laughed softly and said "You're the reason it keeps beating."
