Smoke and mirrors

Victoria sighed as she stepped out of the employee dressing rooms and made her way down to the fun house, adjusting her wig as she went. Carefully climbing the stairs, she wandered over to the mirror maze, expertly navigating said maze until she arrived at her assigned post in the fun house.

"Hey Tory," one of the other workers greeted as she sat at the small table.
"Hey Gus," Victoria replied before she turned on the hidden smoke machine, filling the mirror maze with a light fog. When she turned around Gus had already wandered off further into the fun house, no doubt heading to his post.

CC sighed dramatically, "Guys I'm bored, why don't we do something fun?"
"There's a theme park a few blocks over," Jake said as he sipped a cup of coffee.
"Let's go there!" CC exclaimed, jumping up and down, trying to get everyone to agree, before running off to change when everyone had done so.
Andy just rolled his eyes and grabbed his wallet before heading out the door, waiting for they others in the lobby. Given that it was a nice day and no one knew the guys were in town they decided to walk to the theme park and enjoy the day, instead of taking a car.
Upon arriving the guys broke off, each doing their own thing, having agreed to meet at the clock tower in the center of the park at 1 for lunch.
Soon Andy found himself standing in front of the fun house, waiting in line for his turn to go through. "Next," the man letting people in hollered and Andy watched as a group of young teens entered the maze. He then turned his attention to the sign near the entrance, 'Get a stamp from every worker in the maze and win a prize' it read.
"Next," the man said again and Andy slowly made his way in, collecting a sheet of paper from the man letting people in as he did so.
~With Tory
She watched as Andy made his way in, keeping her movements small and undetectable so that the teens walking through her area didn't realize she was a worker. She rolled her eyes when they tried to talk to the animatronic mad hatter at the other end of the table and quietly scoffed when the walked away. What she hadn't realized was that her scoff caught Andy's attention.
"Stamp this," he said quietly, putting the sheet of paper on the table, looking at her as he did so.
"There you go," Tory said as she placed a stamp on the sheet of paper, waiting to see how he reacted to seeing the Black Veil Brides logo on the sheet of paper. She saw him smirk and walk away, off through the rest of the maze.
~Outside the maze
Andy had just exited the maze, handing the worker there his filled paper.
"Your prize is a meal with the worker of your choice," the worker said boredly.
Andy wasted no time in choosing Tory, standing to wait as the worker went into the maze to collect her. As he waited he checked the time and saw that he would most likely be taking Tory with him to have lunch with the guys.
"So, you managed to get all the stamps," Tory said, sounding impressed as she walked out of the maze. "I'm Tory by the way."
"Andy, and now you get to have lunch with the guys from one of your favorite bands," Andy replied, draping his arm over her shoulders and heading towards the clock tower. As they approached, Tory saw the other members of the band waiting.
"Who's this Andy?" Ashley asked, letting his eyes run over Tory.
"Tory, Andy won a meal with me," Tory replied as she turned to look at the others.
"Like a date?" CC asked, his teasing tone making Tory smile.
"No, like a meal," Andy said, "she's a fan of us too."
"How can you tell?" Jinxx asked.
"Most likely by the stamp I use in the fun house," Tory explained, showing the others what the stamp looks like.
"Yay," CC shouted, pulling Tory into a tight hug, "a fan." Tory laughed and extracted herself from his arms.
"So, time to eat. Yes?" she said, looking at all of them.
"Yes," Andy answered, leading the way to the small family diner type place a few yards away. As they all sat down it seemed the guys thought Andy and Tory should sit side by side, "So Tory, you work here?" Ashley asked.
"Nope, I just live in the fun house," she replied, taking a sip of the water than had been placed in front of her.
Lunch was fun and Tory found herself not wanting to let it end, "Well Andy I had a great time but now I must get back to work," she sighed, shaking Andy's hand and slipping him a slip of paper with her name and number on it. "Call me next time you're in town and we can meet up again," she said, walking back to the fun house.
Later that evening as Tory stepped out of the kitchen she was greeted by her boyfriend, "Did you have fun today," he asked, wrapping his arms around her.
"You know what, I did," she said, leaning into his embrace.
"You two are so weird," Jake teased.
"You're just jealous," Andy shot back, pulling Tory close as they settled into the couch to watch a movie.
