Andy Dawn’s POV



We’ve been on tour for three weeks now. I’ve had the time of my life. The fans are so sweet! A few occasionally don’t like me but whatever. Right now, we’re in New Mexico! Life on the bus with four grown men has been interesting! I haven’t gotten my period just yet so its not been awkward thank god. I text and tweet dad whenever we’re not on stage or doing a signing or interview. He went to the doctors the day after we left for tour. The doctor said that he was doing well but his back was healing not as they would like it so they were going to take more X-rays. Apparently, something got tweaked slightly so they might have to do surgery if it doesn’t correct its self. His fingers are just about healed but their still stiff so he goes to physical therapy to learn ways to gain his hand movement back. In about another three to four weeks, he gets his wrist cast off and then he will be able to play soon. The fractures in his face are now healed so he is a lot happier but his ribs still hurt a bit. I’ve been clean for 8 weeks now. Dad and the guys tell me how proud of me they are all the time.

What’s super incredible is that some of the fans want my autograph now and my picture! It’s so awesome! I can’t wait to be in my own band some day. Like BVB is amazing but they worked so hard to get where they are and I’m just a temp until dad can play again. I totally don’t care. I’ve gotten to see so much of the US already. My phone is filled with a ton of pictures that I take before every show and of the place outside and inside the arena. My instagram is full of pictures. I also got my own youtube channel to post the videos I take on tour.

I named it Andy Dawns’ tour adventures with BVB. With each show, I apparently keep getting better and better according to Jake. Andy likes to tweet Ash after every show, “I think when you’re able to play, and your kid is going to give you a run for your spot. Better watch is dad, you might not have a band if she keeps getting so good!” he likes to tweet back, “I taught her everything she knows.” Which I reply, “nice try there. If anyone taught me it’s the amazing Jaime from PTV! I love you man! Your like my brother now!” and Jaime always replies, “haha that’s right. I taught this girl most of everything she knows. I love you to little one. You are one cool kid! Welcome to the family little one. Welcome.”

Happy dance!!! Woo hoo! Jaime now calls me his little sister. Vic calls me his apprentice and Mike calls me mini Andy and Tony calls me sideswipe (transformers reference!!!) cause apparently I’m a little Andy and I swipe his stuff sometimes (mostly his seat when he gets up to get something and his phone which I take a billion and one pictures which he takes forever to delete. Jinxx also came up with a new nickname for me, its daylight. Y’know cause dawn is a synonym to daylight. Right this moment; I’m playing around on my bass for a song I wrote the other day. Andy or someone must’ve heard me because now, the curtains on my bunk were being ripped open. Joy.


“What were you just playing?” Jake asked me. “I don’t even know. I was just messing around with some lyrics in mind.” “Well its awesome, write it down and then continue.” “Thanks. I was writing the bass part for a song I thought of. Glad to know it sounds okay.” “For a song? Well I certainly want to hear it now.” sighing, I handed him the notebook that had the lyrics in it. He sat down on Andy’s bunk and read it. “All of these are really good. You have the writing skills your dad has. You are like a mini him as well.” he said a few minutes later before wandering off with my notebook. “Hey stop! And you’re gone. Damn.” The rest of the guys then came and read the notebook. Andy said. “Young one, you are more so like me. I approve.” CC said, “Chuppy likes. Chuppy wants future album.”

Jinxx said, “I approve.” I laughed and said, “cool. Yeah future album what about the needing a band part? Still have that problem.” Andy patted my head and then handed my notebook back. They left me alone after telling me that I should continue on. An hour later we were pulling into the venue. Getting out, we checked it out and then waited for the stage to be set up. Wandering around the area around the arena, we met some fans before it was time for sound check. Sound check was fun and then we all hung out for a bit before the meet and great. An hour later we were putting the final touches to our war paint and getting ready to go on stage.

Walking on stage at my cue, I was feeling alive. It felt like I was at the top and nothing could bring me down. An hour later, the show was over. Showering in the showers in the dressing room, I put my sweat pants and hoodie on before going back to the bus with Chuppy behind me. I seriously like calling him Chuppy now. It’s adorable. I was getting a little bit home sick but I had homework to remind me how happy I was to be on the road. Every morning, Jinxx makes me and Andy sit down to do our work. It’s annoying but I’m glad he does it. If he didn’t we would never get it done. “What’s wrong me little partner in crime?” chuppy asked. “I miss home and dad a little bit.” Chuppy gave me a massive hug and then kidnapped me to his bunk where his laptop was.


We skyped dad for a bit before he had to go. Chuppy put transformers on and we then watched it in his bunk. When I get home sick or sad, I like to cuddle with people. It’s just my thing. Uncle Chuppy, Hehe Uncle Chuppy, knows this that’s why he likes to kidnaps me and then hugs me until I feel better or fall asleep. According to Jake, this is the cleanest his bunk as ever been in a loooong time. Jake also makes sure I eat a good amount of food every day even with our crazy schedule. I look good now, not like a skeleton. It’s nice. The guys and therapy have been helping me become okay with what I look like and what size jeans I wear. I’m a happy size 5 after gaining back what I needed. Apparently, I was a size 1 or 3 when I first met them. It feels good to be healthy.


Falling asleep next to Chuppy, the last thing I remember is Megatron being killed in the movie. The next morning I woke up to people shushing each other and then a camera click go off. I opened my eyes and got out of CC’s arms (he cuddles you to death in his sleep if your not careful) and then lunged at Andy. I forgot about being on the second row and fell out and hit the floor. Andy then laughed his ass off for the next twenty minutes. I glared at him and then went to the kitchen. I pulled Jinxx a side and told him to record. I returned with ice behind my back. “Andy. That hurt, can I have a hug to feel better?” he smirked and then pulled me into a hug. As I was letting go, I dropped an ice cube in the back of his pants as well as the front. Hehe good job at being sneaky. He then did the ice in my pants dance. I was crutched over laughing when he started to tickle me.

We were interrupted my Jake saying, “do you mind? Its 7:30 in the morning.” Looking at his bed head hair, I broke out laughing as well as Andy. He flipped us off and then went back to his bunk. CC rolled out of his bed and landed on the floor. He was still asleep after all of us being loud? We laughed and shook our heads and said, “This has been a typical black veil brides morning!” and then waved as Jinxx ended the recording.

Poking Chuppy in the face, he was still asleep. I grabbed a pillow and then made a battle call and whacked him. I looked to Jinxx who was now recording me. Whacking him again, he finally opened his eyes. He saw it was me and then closed them again and then tried to snuggle into me. Jinxx laughed as I was being pulled into him. I mouthed, “HELP ME!” Jinxx shook his head and then walked away. Jerk! I stayed on the floor until CC woke up five minutes later (thank you Andy!) I then ran to my bunk and got some clothes before changing in the bathroom (it helps to be quick to get in before the guys who take years to come out every morning.)

I put on a SWS shirt and black jeans before going to my bunk to get my hello kitty socks. Going into the kitchen, I sat down on the couch and put my feet on Andy. He gave me a look and pushed my feet off of him. I put them back on him. He pushed them off and then put his feet on me. I see how it’s going to be Biersack. The bright side of just washing my hands in the bathroom (other than them being clean), my hands were cold. I took his socks off quickly and then touched his feet. He gasped and then tried to get his feet away. I held onto them tightly and then let go when my hands warmed up.

Jake came out now looking more awake and more aware. He made me something random and then made me eat it. Jinxx then came and made me and Andy do our homework. Two hours later, we were both done and bored. I messed around on my bass for a while before we finally got to the next arena. We were now somewhere in Texas. I took some pictures and then wandered around with Jinxx. When I say wandered, I mean I begged him to give me a piggyback ride. Being the cool awesome guy he is, he carried me.When we got back to the arena, it was time for sound check. It seems that everyday almost goes the same. The only difference is the place you go to bed and the place you wake up in. I can’t wait until we get a few days off. Dad is hopefully going to meet up with us. I can’t wait to see him!

hey guys! I know its getting shorter and shorter but I keep getting writers block. pooh. I hope you like it though. Its going a little fast but once we hit where we are supposed to be, it'll slow down. I don't want to write every day because that would be LOOOOOONNNNGGGGGG and boring. that's what she said. lol
