A shrill ring took me out of my dreamworld. The tone that meant I had a text message. I groaned, rolling over, picking my phone up from the nightstand, and hitting open.

I smiled a bit that Matt tried to protect me, but I really was hoping that Ash wasn't hurt too bad, because that would just be the icing on the 'worst day ever' cake. I sighed and hit reply.
Thanks Matt. You're a really good friend. Oh, and you know I hate that stupid 'text language'. You didn't hurt him too much did you? It wasn't your fault though, you were just trying to help me. I know that, so calm down okay?

Okay... I guess you're right. I only hurt him enough to where he has a slight limp. =/ <-- there I stopped using text language.

I got up and walked to the door, since I was still fully dressed, and scowled as I saw Kina standing on my doorstep.
"What do you want?!" I spat, obviously not too pleased to see her here. She rolled her eyes.
"Stay the fuck away from Ashley, alright? We are going to be mated, I know that much, and I don't need a pathetic piece of shit getting in the way of me and my mate!" she yelled. I growled and shook my head.
"You aren't mated to him bitch!" I screamed, because honestly I knew they couldn't possibly be. I always felt a connection with Ashley. He couldn't be with her.
"Oh is someone jealous now?" she smirked,"well have I ever told you how good Ash is with his cock?" my eyes widened.
"Shut up," I whispered.

"Get out of my house you bitch," she said getting down next to me holding me close. I sobbed into her chest as the bitch smirked and yanked on my hair forcing me to look at her.
"Stay away dear," she said, then spit in my face. I groaned as she walked away and wiped the spit off my face.
"Why momma? Why does he love her more then me?! She doesn't deserve him! He's so beautiful and she's so... Awful! Why can't he love me?! What have I done that was so wrong?!" I cried. She shushed me as she held me close and rocked us. I felt like I was 7 years old again, being held in my mothers arms because someone was teasing me.
"I don't know baby. C'mon, let's get you some dinner and then I'll fill the bath for you. Tomorrow is a big day," she said soothingly. I nodded getting up and sitting at the table. She made my favorite kind of dinner-unhealthy. No salad tonight, which usually she forces me to choke down. Seeing as I will be mated tomorrow, she has made an exception.
"Thank you momma," I said gratefully, digging into my food. She nodded smiling, then walked up to fill the bathtub. Usually I would take a quick shower, but again, an exception has been made.
As soon as I finished my dinner, I strolled off to the bathroom, inhaling the sweet scent in the air. She must have put bath oils in. I stripped my clothing off and stepped in.
I smiled at the nice warm water and settled in smiling. After I relaxed awhile, I washed my body and hair, unplugging the drain. I stood up and grabbed the towel. I then dried off and slipped on a furry robe, snuggling into the warmth.
I tiredly looked in the mirror, making sure to dry and comb my hair. I'd style it in the morning.
"Goodnight momma," I said after I got out of the bathroom. I hugged her tight. I looked over to see my dad smiling at me. I grinned and hugged him tight, because he often works late and I'm always asleep before I get to see him, then leave for school before he wakes up.
"Daddy!" I grinned. He smiled hugging me back then, what? I looked up and saw him teary eyed,"what's wrong?"
"My little boy is all grown up," he said hugging me tighter,"you'll be with your own Dom tomorrow."
"Don't worry daddy, you'll always be the best Dom in my life," I said smiling. He grinned and started walking to my room. I followed and got into bed. He pulled the blankets over me and kissed my head just as he had done so many times when I was a small child.
"Goodnight Andrew, have good dreams sweetie," he whispered then started to walk out.
