Lonnie:





















When Lonnie stepped outside, she saw her older brother Ben and his best friend Danny leaning up against a taxi cab, sharing a box of munchkins. Ben and Danny played in a band together, and Ben had brought Lonnie all the way from England to visit him for a few days.

“Hand one over, you fat asses.” She laughed and reached for the box but Ben pulled it away from her grasp.

“I don’t even get a ‘hello Ben, I missed you.’?” He asked.

“Hello, Ben. I missed you.” Lonnie recited and then reached for the box again only to have Ben hand it off to Danny.

Danny reached in the box and held one of the small donuts in between his index finger and thumb. “You want it?”

“Give me!” Lonnie demanded.

“Give me? Well, no munchkin for you then.” Danny popped it in his mouth.

“Give me a fucking munchkin, dammit.” Lonnie lunged for the box and successfully retrieved it. “Ha!” She said, stuffing a few of the donuts in her mouth.

“Come on now, let’s go.” Ben herded everyone into the taxi cab.

Lonnie loved Ben, but sometimes he could be a pain in the ass. She had met everyone in his band, Asking Alexandria, and she loved each and every band member like another brother. But this time when she visited, she knew Black Veil Brides would be hanging around somewhere. The two bands were on tour together after all. Her dream was to meet them all, but especially Andy. She had grown the biggest crush on Andy ever since Ben joined Asking Alexandria. He got her into the music scene and introduced her to a bunch of great music. Most of the bands she listened to had gone on tour with Ben but Ben refused to let her meet any of them.

“Ben, I want to meet Black Veil Brides!” Lonnie complained, lounging on the couch in the small living area of the bus. “There’s nothing to do around here. I want to meet some people and hang out with them. Come on, I’m eighteen already. I deserve to be allowed to go out and have fun on my own.”

“I’ll go with you.” Ben decided.

Lonnie groaned. “Benjamin…” She followed him outside and they walked by Black Veil Brides bus. Lonnie stopped to admire it.

“Come on, Lonnie. You wanted to go have fun? Let’s go.” Ben reinforced but Lonnie refused to move.

“Let me meet them. Please?” Lonnie begged.

Ben sighed and walked up to the door of the bus, knocking three times. “Andy, it’s Ben. I have my sister here visiting and—”

“Hey!” Andy opened the door and stepped outside with them.

“Andy, this is my sister Lonnie. She’s been dying to meet you.” Ben pushed Lonnie towards Andy.

“Whoa, this is your little sister?” Andy looked her up and down.

Ben crossed his arms over his chest. “Don’t get any ideas, you cheeky fucker.”

Andy laughed. “No worries.” He said. “Are we still on for tonight?”

“Tonight?” Lonnie looked up at Ben. “I want to come!”

“Sure, you can come.” Andy said, smiling at her.

Ben looked at Lonnie and then back to Andy. “I don’t know Andy, she’s only eighteen.”

Andy shrugged. “So, she won’t drink. No big deal.”

Ben sighed. “I suppose.”

Lonnie grinned, and hugged her older brother tightly. “Thank you, thank you, Ben!”

Lonnie sat down close to Andy and let her eyes wander all over his body. She loved what he had done with his hair and admired each and every one of his tattoos.

“So, you’re eighteen?” Andy asked, trying to sound casual. He placed his hand on her knee and smirked at her.

Her heart fluttered at his touch and she smiled back. Quickly, she scanned the room for any signs of Ben but he was nowhere in sight.

“If I wasn’t, could I do this?” She leaned forward and planted a kiss full on his perfect lips. Surprisingly, he kissed back.

“Andy!” Ben broke between the two and pushed Andy away from his sister. “What the fuck is your deal, man?”

“But she—” Andy tried to explain but Ben shut him up with a punch to the jaw. Andy started yelling and so did Ben. All the noise began to affect Lonnie’s bad anxiety. She gripped her hair and sunk down to a squat on the floor, squeezing her eyes shut.

“Ben, stop!” She shouted.

Benn whipped around to see his sister hunched over on the floor. He knew exactly what was happening. He had lived with her for long enough to know when she was having an attack. “Jesus Christ, Andy, look what you did!” Ben shouted some more.

“Stop yelling, Ben, please!” Lonnie cried.

“Shh, it’s okay.” Ben knelt down beside her and tried to comfort her. He usually always managed to keep her calm but this time nothing was working.

Andy knelt down beside her on the other side and put his hand on her back. “Look at me.” He whispered in her ear. She slowly began to unclench her eye lids and look over at Andy, her fingers still tangled in her blue hair.

“If we stand together,” He motioned between the two of them. “We will be unbroken.”
