Chapter 19
Warped Tour Day 4:
Hallie's POV
I've had my first opportunity to really check out bands other than black veil brides today. I got to watch sleeping with sirens, memphis may fire and we came as Romans all in a row! Andy has luckily left me alone the whole time since we talked.
"Hey you're hallie right?" Someone asks me from behind. I turn around to see someone who looks like a younger version of Andy standing behind me. He smiles and says, "I'm Dawson, I work at the Merch tent for sws with Mallory."
He's cute. Oh my gosh! What do I say?
"Hi. How come I haven't seen you yet?" I try to sound normal but it comes out all squeaky.
"It's my first day because I had to graduate."
Aww shit. He's too old for me, well everyone here is.
"Oh, where are you going to college?"
"I'm not.. I'm in a band of my own, we're moving out to Hollywood though.." He laughs a bit.
Wait- is he checking me out? Yes! Oh my god!
"Hey I have to ask.. A bunch of us are having a party on the sws bus tonight, do you want to come?" He gets closer a bit. Lola turns around, "back off dude. She's not going."
"I can answer for myself." I tell her over my shoulder, she gives me a warning look before turning back to the person she is helping. "I don't know.. I'll have to think about it. But Can I have your number so that I can text you if I decide to come?" I ask. Dawson nods and hands me his phone, I add myself as a contact. He gives me a smirk as I hand it back to him, "hopefully I'll see you later."
"Ya! Maybe!"
Dawson walks back over to the sws tent where Mallory is smiling at me, obviously watching our conversation.
"I just gave a guy my number!" I squeal and tackle Lola in a hug because she is clearly annoyed. Andy's the only guy that's taken any intrest in me so this is exciting.
"He is too old for you hallie." She grumbles and pushes me off. Someone's in a bad mood.
"What's up with you? Why are in a bad mood?"
"Ugh." She rolls her eyes.
"Did Andy not cuddle with you or something?"
"Something like that." She says quietly, trying to focus on writing down the sales for the day.
"What?" I ask.
My curiousity will kill me if she doesn't tell.
"It's nothing."
Ok might kill her too..
"Lola! I'm not gonna leave you alone!"
She looks up at me and hisses, "he won't sleep with me. Ok!"
"Oh... That sucks.."
He won't sleep with his girlfriend, but he keeps wanting to fuck me. This is not good. Not at all. Andy needs to forget about me and be with Lola. Maybe if they have sex again Andy will finally lay off of me.

"you get the room tonight. We're going to sws's bus." Jinxx tells me when we are all back on the bvb bus. "No you can't come. It's not a good influence blah blah blah.. That crap." I
sigh and whine, "but I was invited by a guy!"
"Who?" Andy asks.
"Their Merch guy, Dawson. He seems really nice and he's only a few years older than me. Please Lola!"
She rolls her eyes and pulls Andy off the bus, soon they are followed by the other 4 band members. Great. I've just been left on the bus. Alone. Ironic..
wait- I could just go without telling them.. It's not like they'd see me. I'll have to wait a bit though.
15 minutes later I hear the door to the bus open and shut, footsteps pace down the aisle. "Hallie?" I climb out of my bunk to see Dawson standing in the middle of the bunks, smiling at me. "Hey Dawson.. Why are you here?" I ask, confusion apparent in my voice. "Umm.. Your friend ashley? I think.. Said that your sister didn't want you going and that you're here all alone." "Ok?" "I thought You'd like some company." He smiles. "Thanks! Ya I was going to sneak over there but.. So do you want to watch a movie or something?" I ask, turning to the back room. He grabs my hand and eagerly leads me towards the room. "Nice wheel." He jokes. "Cc.. All cc. Mainly so that there is a fair way to determine who gets the room for sex or in mine and jakes cases, hanging out." He chuckles and follows me over to the shelf of movies, Andy brought a bunch of batman, Lola brought beetlejuice, I didn't want to see what ashley brought.. Probably for all of them truthfully. Ew.
"How about one of Andy's many batman movies?" I suggest. "Sure, why not?" Dawson shrugs and sits next to me once the movie screen shows up. He wraps an arm around me and I cuddle up to him a bit more. He has a cute tattoo of a guitar pick on his right arm, just peeking out of his shirt sleeve. Halfway through the movie he pulls me closer to him so that we are right against each other, our legs touching.
His gaze drifts off the tv and lands on me at the same time as mine does to him. We make an awkward eye contact, he looks at my lips for a short moment before returning his gaze to mine.
He wants to kiss me! Oh my god!
Dawson -very slowly- leans to close the gap between our faces. I shut my eyes just as His soft lips meet mine and his hand is lightly holding my chin in place as we kiss. I feel a deeper meaning than just a one night stand- or a few.. Behind this kiss, unlike with Andy. Dawson is kissing me with passion, slowly, being gentle as if I could slip away from him at any moment. I twist one of his snake bites with my tongue, Dawson pulls away a few seconds later. It wasn't a short kiss or a long one, the perfect length.
"You are an amazing kisser hallie." He says quietly I lean my head on his shoulder for the rest of the movie, except at the end when he kisses me again, shorter but just as incredible.
"You're a great kisser too." I whisper as we pull away again. He smiles and pecks my lips quickly before saying, "I need to go before the buses leave. I'll text you later though. We should hang out again soon." A cute blush creeps into his cheeks as he says the last sentence. I follow him out the door of the room, then to the outside of the bus. I pull him into what I intended to be a short kiss but ended up lasting longer.
He says quietly, "ok, now I don't want to leave."
I think for a moment and whisper, "then stay."
"I can't. It's rules for crew or Merch people like us.." He sighs and begins to walk away.
When he is out of sight I turn back to the bus.
"Wait! Hallie!" Dawson's voice comes closer along with his running footsteps. I step back onto the pavement of the parking lot, looking up at Dawson. He smiles and asks shyly, "I forgot to, um, to- ummm... Hallie will you be my girlfriend?" I feel a smile spread across my face, I want to scream it out but I only answer an excited "yes!" He kisses me once again before leaving. I get back onto the bus and realize, I'm in a relationship. I have a boyfriend- for the first time! I kissed another guy! He is so adorable and hot too! Oh I'm freaking out inside!
"What's up with you?" Jake asks when he gets on the bus. I am startled out of my day dreams by him, "oh nothing, just thinking about something." He nods, "oh, your sister and Andy are wasted. Jinxx is only a bit drunk, ashley is probably on the same level as the two love birds.. I have to make sure they don't get lost or anything tonight. Umm cc is in the middle. I'm recommending we let Andy and Lola have the back room tonight."
"I'm fine with that." I'm only half paying attention to him. I'm still in dreamland.
"Also hallie. I think the only person who doesn't want you to do anything like sex or drink is Lola so if she's not here or if you don't care what she says.. Go ahead."
Jake pats me on the back as ashley comes in with a girl in tow. Jinxx rolling his eyes behind them, then Andy and Lola giggling and all over each other. At least he's not trying to seduce me anymore. I watch them drunkenly stumble to the back room. Quickly, I climb in my bunk and put my headphones in my ears, one last fight comes on. Thank you for being a loud song! After the song ends and an avenged sevenfold one finished as well I hear Lola. "Oh Andy! Faster! Harder! Andy! I love you baby!" Spread out more of course. Everyone was right. I hope Andy and I weren't that loud, probably not. I know I would never yell like that, I'm typically pretty quiet.
Please be loud. Please be loud. Please be rock.
I wait for the next song to start.
Carolyn.
Fuck you fucking phone!
"Andy and Lola! Shut the hell up!" I shout from my bunk.
"Thank god!" I hear jake mutter. "Ashley is at least being quiet about it."
Jinxx is snoring.
"Jake, Carolyn came on on shuffle, then morticians daughter, then roger rabbit, then love like woe, then finally John deux trois came on!" He laughs as I put in my headphones and fall asleep to the calming screams of Austin Carlile.
And Dawson's kiss fills my dreams.

Oooh Hallie's got a boyfriend! Lola's finally getting laid! ;)i am going to warn you guys, the next two chapters you might be like, "oh this is awful. She's ruining the story even more!" But please don't stop reading, it's not going to be boring ok? There's still a lots of drama to come!

im on chapter 10 right now and this shit is pissing me off. i'm not liking this sister bullshit.. ughhh i want to stop reading because i feel like a bad person but i don't want to stop since this is a really good story..
