i wouldn't bother with any of my stories, dude, they are all very smutty and long. most people don't care for them, i write for myself. i wasn't trying to plug them. ;) i most definitely find that writing has become an excellent creative outlet. i have more ideas than i can keep up with. i sit around and think about it all the time. at one point i was losing sleep and stressed if i didn't write at least 4 hours a day, but now i'm a little better than that. i just found that i had so little response after a while, it became more for myself in a way, which i think is better. i know that's weird, but after one in particular was popular for a while i felt weirdly compelled to work more on them. but then no one would ever say anything anymore. haha!
so my advice to you- only write for yourself, and what makes you happy, you know? because what makes others comment or whatever is seemingly totally random. at least, i have no idea. though smut seems to do it more often, sometimes (?), not always.

I saw your story, and it's pretty cool! Yeah, I also realized I sometimes left a lot of things behind and forgot about them while writing. I took half a year away from this whole writing thing and I guess I also improved at it, just like yourself :D Typing on the keyboard is actually one of the best things in my life :)
Dude, I read the whole thing through, I'm a stickler for grammar, and I was able to follow it. School is more important, real life is more important, don't worry about it!
i know the feeling, though! Like, 150 chapters into this mega-story I'm writing (it's a bit odd, a few people like it a lot, but most people don't care for it, type of thing), I realized I'd left out an entire fucking day at the very damned beginning!!!! I was like, oh hell no! So now I'm slowly going back and editing the chapters one by one, and it's like pulling teeth, because I'm finding so many problems, and I've improved so much as a writer. ;)
