Character descriptions & maybe co-authoring

So I mainly want someone to help me come up with good, not boring, character descriptions for my new story. I understand that you are going to need to get a description of original characters (and how I'm imagining BVB) yourself in order to come up with good ones for me. Honestly, I'm just too lazy to do it myself even though I want them there.

Also I really want to try to do a co-author story.

I want someone who really wants to work on this together, so nobody that is going to do something drastic to the story line without asking for my opinion.

What kind of characters are you looking for? Like you would like new ones on current stories you already have? Or you're looking to write a new story with new characters?

I would like someone to help me add descriptions to existing characters in a story that I recently started, and then on top of that someone who wants to start an entirely new story with me. If it isn't too much to ask.
