I woke up Monday morning to someone shaking me.

" fuck off.." I muttered into my pillow.

" Jess Jinxx Told me to get you up" Ashley said shaking me more.

" no.." I wined

" get up time for your first day of school" he said cheerfully and I groaned

" Ashley no let me sleep"

" fine have it your way" he said and picked me up out of bed.

" dick" I muttered .

He laughed

" love you too now get dressed" he said leaving the room and closing y door. I sighed, I hated school.

I changed into a misfits shirt and shredded black jeans with studs. I put on a black hoodie to hide my scars and straightened my hair.

I walked down stairs and saw all of the guys in the living room. Sammi must still be sleeping .

" morning Jess" they said smiling and I grunted before leaning against the living room wall.

" she's not a morning person" Jinxx said chuckling

"I can tell" cc said and i stuck my tongue out at him. He mimicked me and I laughed shaking my head.

"Lets go uncle Andy will drive you to school" Andy said standing up.

"You do understand your only 2 years older than me correct?" I asked raising my eyebrow.

" whatever you say" he said walking towards the door.

" learn stuff!" CC said

" make friends don't sit in the corner like you usually do!" Jinxx shouted also.

" but the corners my friend. We've had some good times together" I said pouring and jinx shook his head while the others laughed

" go to shook you freak" he said and I laughed before I walked down the hall. I picked up my tattered fox riders bag and put on my purple vans. I went to Andy's car which he was already in and got in the passengers side.

" so how are you?" He asked awkwardly as he started to drive. I could tell he was holding back from mentioning my parents.

" I'm okay, sorry about the other morning" I mumbled and I caught him glance at me.

" hey don't be , I just wish I could have comforted you that's all , but now I know okay?" He asked and I nodded just as he pulled in.

" I want you to know ill always be here for you, no matter what, you have me" he said and I smiled

" thank you.." I muttered and he smiled

" anything for you" he said and kissed my cheek.

" get to school"

I nodded and got out touching my cheek.

" holy shit.." I muttered as I watched him pull away. I was falling for him.

I pushed the feelings aside and walked into the building towards the office. People gave me dirty looks and I could already tell how this was going to work out.

I walked in the office and waited as they gave me my schedule.

" have a nice day and welcome" the office lady said with a toothy smile.

I sighed and walked out of the office. This was it.

I was walking out towards the exit when I was grabbed from behind and dragged into the bathroom. The door closed and I was slammed into the concrete wall. I looked up and came face to face with 4 girls.

" hey looks like we got us a new emo" said a girl with dirty blond hair. She must be the' leader'. She walked close to me.

" fuck off " I spat but she punched me causing me to grab my face.

" don't talk to me like that ugly shit" she said stepping back. A girl with black hair grabbed me and put me in front of her grabbing my arms tight as I struggled against her.

" the emo thinks she's tough? " the other girl with blond hair said hitting me in the gut making me double over still in the girls grip. She yanked me up and I looked numbly at my attackers. The third one punched my face and blood came from my nose.

" word of advice. Don't talk to anyone because they already hate you. Also lose some weight you fat cow" the leader said uppercutting my jaw.

I was kicked in the gut then shoved into the wall. I watched as they walked out the bathroom.

" fucking bitches" I muttered dragging myself up.

My phone rang scaring me but i collected myself enough to answer it.

" hey im outside" jinxx said

" be right out" I said wiping my nose and eyes . I hung up and went out of the door checking for the girls. Clear. I ran out and grabbed my bag from the ground and sprinted down the hall to the exit.

I got out and saw jinxx's car and of course the girls were standing in the front.

I quickly walked past them hoping they wouldn't see me going to the car.

" have a nice day fag, same time tomorrow!" One of them called just as I opened the door. I sighed and climbed in slamming the door.

It was just jinxx in the car and he immediately turned to me.

" Jess.." Jinxx muttered touching my face. I whimpered and moved it away.

" you can't get a brake can you?" He asked and I shrugged my shoulders.

" can we just go?" I asked tears running down my face.

He sighed and pulled out. He rubbed my shoulder with his right hand.

" I'm sorry.." He kept muttering as we drove. He was used to this, it happened at my old school frequently.

He pulled up and got out. I followed wincing as I moved the pain from getting kicked in the gut was terrible.

Jinxx put his arm around me and walked up the front steps.

" can we not show them?" I asked and he sighed

" yeah good luck getting past Sammi" he muttered and we walked in. I tried to sneak past the living room and go up the stairs. I made it up one step.

" Jessica get in here" Sammi shouted I sighed and looked back at Jinxx who was walking towards the living room

" told ya" he said walking in. I slowly followed standing in the doorway. Sammi looked at me and gasped making the others quickly turn around and gasp too.

" get over here" Sammi said and I walked in. She jumped up and hugged me.

" not again.." she muttered into me.

" yes again" I said

She pulled apart and studied my face

She put her hand on my gut and I groaned in pain.

" shit.." She muttered stepping away

" what happened to you?" Andy asked from the couch next to Ashley and cc.

Jake was on the other couch where Sammi was and jinxx was now.

" um.. A few girls beat me up before I left school.." I said and I saw they're faced sadden.

" that's terrible" Ashley said and I shrugged.

" it happens , at my old school I was beat up alot "

" Jess that's awful" jake said

" it's my life I'm not a liked person" I said

" not true!" Andy said

" it is true.. At my old school they tortured me every day to prove it"I said and I saw jinxx look at me saddened, this was one of my many memories I hated and he knew that.

" what did they do?" CC asked and I sighed

"Normally just beat me .. Sometimes untill i was unconscious and call me ugly" i said

"They used to grab her and drag her to the lunch room and Bring her on to a table and beat her up . After they would shove her down and as kids left they would kick her ." sammi said and tears fell from my eyes.

The guys looked horrified. Now they knew. I went over and sat down in between jinxx and jake. I leaned against jinxx and he put his arm around me.

Andy looked at me and then to my sweatshirt. Shit , just like jinxx fucking radar.

" Jess is there a reason why I have never seen you without your hoodie?" Andy asked and I saw jinxx and Sammi tense.

" um.." I muttered and I saw them all look at Me. Shit, another part of my past.

" you might as well tell them" jinxx said softly. They looked at him then to me.

I looked at jinxx and he nodded. I sighed

" I uh.." I started but avoided eye contact.

" you what?" Ashley asked

" go ahead Jess it's okay" Sammi said

" I ... I un self harm" I said looking down. I head a gasp.

I lifted my head and saw them giving me sympathized looks.

Andy stood up and leaned in front of me.

He went to get touch my left hand but I flinched away. He put hand on my shoulder and pleaded me with his icy blue eyes

I sighed and let him take the hand. He rolled it up and they gasped again this being the worst.

" Jess... " jake said and I looked away. jake grabbed my other hand and lifted it up. They all looked sad.

" how long has this been happening?" CC asked not his cheery self. Sadness was clear in his voice.

" 2 years" Jinxx said catching them by suprise.

" she stopped a year ago but she started again and i got her to stop then she started recently "he said again and I brought my knees to my chest. Jinxx rubbed my shoulder and I leaned against him.

" you should try to stop" Andy said and I stayed silent.

" we'll help best we can" jake said

" yeah sweety well all be there" CC said and I smiled a little.

" thanks " I mumbled


" aww she's gone shy on us again!" CC said and I laughed alittle wiping my face.

"no " I said and they laughed.

" you sure..?" Jake asked and I nodded.

" good, but listen, need anything you have us now got it?" Ashley asked and I nodded.

We sat in silence for a few minutes before jake broke it.

" I'm hungry" jake wined and I laughed

" you always are" Ashley said and he shrugged.

" ill order Chinese " Andy said standing up.

I stayed leaning against jinxx shaking alittle.

" I know Jess" he said trying to calm me down.

After 35minutes the door rang and jake bottled up to get it. I laughed and stood up also.

we all sat down to eat and jake came in holding the giant bag.he sat it down and they all started eating.I picked at the food each bite making me feel disgusted in myself.

After we ate we decided to watch a movie. While they decided on a movie I snuck out and went to the bathroom.

" your so fat you need to lose weight" I said to myself and dropped to my knees. I stuck a finger down my throat and instantly saw my food again. It was for the best.

I brushed me teeth and looked in the mirror.

Back to my old ways. I sighed and walked out.

I walked into my room and saw Andy siting there. I was a little surprised, he didn't hear me did he?

" you okay?" He asked as I walked in. His blue eyes were filled with concern.

" I'm fine why do you ask?" I said sitting next to him.

"Just making sure." He said I nodded. He looked at me.

" they're wrong what they told you, your not ugly" he said and I smiled

" thanks." I said


He starred at my lips and was about to move when I heard cc walk in

"You guys coming? "He asked and I jumped up.

" yeah" Andy said walking quickly out of the room.

CC smiled and raised an eyebrow.

" lets go " I said and walked downstairs. He wasn't going to kiss me, was he?
