*Skylar's POV*

CC told me that he beat Brent's ass. I don't know how to feel about that. I don't know if i'm happy or sad. I can't decide which one i am.

'I think you should be happy.. I did my duty as a big brother.'

CC has told me a million times. I know he did his duties. I'm happy, we'll go with that. I went into my room & put on a pair of Ashley's PJ's. When i walked out he looked at me pleased. Then he gave me a nudge. When i walked down the stairs, Derek was sitting there.

'Can we talk?'

Derek asked. Oh no, here it comes. He was going to tell me the same thing Chris did. I don't know if i was ready for that. I think that my main problem was i run from most of my problems. But i didn't want to face this one, even though i knew i had to..

'Sure.'

I answered. Not wanting to, but pushed on because i needed to.

'I like you so much.. You know that i do. & I know that you want to wait because of everything you've gone through. But i don't want to wait.'

He began. Here it comes.

'I want you to be mine now. So will you be my girlfriend? We can work on this depression together. As a team. The 2 of us..'

Derek said. I didn't expect it, but it happened & i was so happy. I got up & kissed him.

'Yes! Yes! A thousand times yes!'

I screamed. Just then Dahvie, one of my best friends, walked in.

'What the fucks going on?!'

'I'm dating Derek!'

Dahvie shrugged like it was no big deal that i was dating the guy i've been crushing on forever. It was a big deal! DUH!

'Dad! Guys! Get in here now!'

All the guys trailed in, including Jayy, who happened to be checking out Ryan. hahahahaha. I wonder if Ryan felt the same way?

'What do you need baby doll?'

Dad asked me, looking at our intertwined hands.

'We're finally together.'

Everyone cheered & clapped. I was finally with Derek.
