Trust Issues (ON HOLD bc I have school)

I had been in L.A a week now and I was staying with Juliet and Andy. I loved spending time with both of them and they were becoming like family. I hadn't seen the guys a whole lot over the week but they were all coming over tonight. Someone knocked on the door and when Juliet opened it she was greeted by a hyper CC, awkward looking Jake, annoyed looking Ashley, and quiet Jinxx. She let them in and CC yanked me into one of his famous bear hugs. I hugged him and and smiled. "Who the hell gave CC Monster?" I asked when he let me go. Jake and Jinxx looked at each other while Ashley looked like a guilty puppy. I rolled my eyes. "Ashley. You gave him Monster didn't you?" I asked him as I pretended to be upset. Ashley nodded and I just laughed. I gave Jinxx and Jake hugs before everyone went to get drinks leaving me alone with Ashley. Silence filled the room. "Alright. I know something's wrong. Spill." I told Ashley as I approached him. He looked down at me and smiled. "Nothing's wrong. Have you been cutting?" Ashley replied. I was dumbfounded. "No I haven't been cutting. Only because of you though, Ashley." I answered sadly. He smiled and placed a hand gently on my cheek. "Then nothing's wrong. Are you happy your here?" Ashley continued to ask questions. "I'm very happy to be here. I couldn't be here if you hadn't come up with the idea." I replied with a small grin. His hand was still on my cheek. "I had the idea because I wanted to help. You also intrigue me very much. There is one other reason but that's not important right now." Ashley explained. I laughed. "I intrigue you? I'm fucking boring as hell Ashley. Just a girl that's broken and shattered. What's that other reason hmmm?" I continued. He looked slightly nervous but I must have imagined it. "Yes. You're 12 and pretty much grown up. Of course you intrigue me. You're so complicated. You may be shattered but I'm always going to be there to pick up the pieces and fix you. That other reason is that I really care about you. Yes I know. You are underage. I could care less at this point." Ashley explained gently. I was shocked. "I like you too, Ashley. We'll see where this goes okay?" I replied and he seemed overjoyed at this. At this time my phone rang and I answered it. Emma. "Hello?" "Hey. I was just checking on you. Do you wanna come over and swim while Glenda is at work on Monday?" "I'm sorry Emma. I'm not home and I won't be for a while." "Oh where you at? Dezhiraes?" "No. I'm in L.A." "L.A.? Why are you there?" "It's a long story but I'm having a lot of fun. Love you gotta go." I hung up and began explaining all that to Ashley.
