Trust Issues (ON HOLD bc I have school)
Summary
Ivey Lucifer is a 12 year old who has been abused, mistreated, told she was a whore, slut, bitch, witch, freak, and was told she was unwanted. She has been tossed around from family member to family member and her dad just died. Now she relies on Black Veil Brides' music more than ever. She has started cutting and her suicidal side is back again. When all her family that she never knew and her sister come back into her life, will she be willing to trust them? Will they accept her? She doesn't know them and the last time she saw them before now she was 5. They actually seem to care about her unlike her aunt that she lived with. They treat her like an adult and she enjoys being accepted. Is it to good to be true? She goes to a Black Veil Brides concert and actually meets them. Will things finally change? Can they help her stop cutting? Guess well just have to see. (This is actually based off what's happened to me when I was 12. I just had met my family again, I've started cutting, my dad died, and I am relying on bvbs music heavily. Please don't say your so sorry though. Ivey is my real name but not Lucifer lol. Any characters that are my family in this are my real family and there names will remain the same and no I am NOT 12. I am older than that I just thought it would make for a better story as this is how I was at 12 and all of this takes place when my dad dies and this is actually what happened to me except take out bvb and all that shit. I was cutting and not eating or sleeping.)
Characters
Andy Biersack and Juliett Simms
Andy is the lead singer of Black Veil Brides and sees Ivey as more of a daughter. Juliet is married to Andy and also sees as Ivey as a daughter but as a best friend and sister too. Both are protective of Ivey and are always there for her.
Ashley Purdy
Bassist for BVB and is a manwhore but also shy and sweet. Is intrigued by Ivey and sees an adult when he looks at her so treats her as such. Wants to help but doesn't know how. Becomes good 'friends' with Ivey. 31 years of age
CC or Christian Coma
28 year old drummer of Black Veil Brides. Is an overall fun loving sweetheart and sees Ivey as a sister. Is quite protective of her and is always there for her.
Chris Motionless
Also eventually meets Ivey and is the lead singer of Motionless in White. He sees her as a sister and would never hurt her. She trusts him eventually and he would never try to hurt her.
Debra
Ivey's grandmother through Ivey's mom. Very strict, religous, and over protective. Ivey used to think a lot of her and thought she trusted her until she started making comments on what Ivey wore and listened to. It all started when Ivey began to show her love for black, metal music, and Harry Potter books. Is upset with Ivey for wanting to be a Jehovah's Witness with Ginger.
Dezhirae and Allyssa
Dezhirae is Ivey's age and Kashmir's real sister. Is not very close with Ivey but they are friends. Extremely hyper and girly. Allyssa is Dezhirae and Kashmir's niece and is 13. Hyper and girly like Dezhirae and both love rap music and claim 'Kashmir and Ivey's music scares them' The definition of dumb blonde in Ivey and Kashmir's opinion
Emma
Emmalee' s mother and was previously married to Ivey and Emmalee's dad. The only person Ivey trusts and talks to. Only person who truly accepts Ivey and never criticizes her.
Emmalee
Ivey' s older sister. Girly and 17 years old. isn't very close with her. Has very dark brown hair with a reddish look to it. Loves country music and is generally quiet.
Evan
Ivey's little brother. He is 9 and prefers pop music. Annoys Ivey very much and has a different dad than her. Ivey hates him and has nearly killed him at least twice.
Gage and Leesa.
Gage is Gingers son and is not too close with Ivey but loves her very much and is very protective of her and Emmalee. Leesa is Gage's fiancee and helps Ivey with her eating disorder. Has lots in common with Ivey and they consider each other sisters.
Ginger
Ivey' s dad's step sister but is closest with Ivey out of all his four sisters. Jehovah's Witness along with her husband Robert and is always there for Ivey.
Glenda
Ivey's great aunt. Has custody of Ivey and Evan but is a severe alcoholic. Verbally abusive and Ivey doesn't like her much. Ivey has never seen her not drinking a beer or similar. Cooks a lot though and loves Ivey and Evan very much even if she doesn't do a good job of showing it.
Heather
Gingers daughter and youngest child. Married and has a 5 month old baby. Loves Ivey and Emmalee a lot and promised to always be there for Ivey. Is easy to talk to and Ivey enjoys playing cards against humanity with Heather, Emmalee, Justin, and Heather's best friend Jaclynn. 22 years old
Ivey Lucifer
Ivey is a 12 year old Black Veil Brides fan who ends up friends with them and learns a lot from them. Finds a family within them and their friends as well as other musicians Ivey likes. She might be 12 but is very fiesty and mature. None of BVB or anyone else see her as a kid. They treat her like an adult and don't cut slack for age. She eventually takes her case to court and emancipates herself as well as becomes a legal adult and gets a license early. She is very protective of her friends and family and would die for them. Struggled a lot in life until she met BVB. Has a temper and enjoys freaking people out. Has a very perverted sense of humor like Ash and even has one night stands. Has never committed to a relationship and loves Batman, The Joker, Harley Quinn, black, blood, and horses. May be small but will still whoop your ass.
Jake Pitts and Ella Cole
27 years of age and lead guitarist for Black Veil Brides. Kind of a quiet guy but don't let him fool you. He'll party all night if you get him going. Ella is Jake's girlfriend and sees Ivey as a sister and loves her to death. Jake is best friends with Ivey and sees her as a sister and tries to help her as much as possible.
Jeremy Ferguson 'Jinxx'
Very quiet and solitary. Often called 'Mama Jinxx' and is very sweet and caring. Sees Ivey as a daughter and she sees him as a father as well. He helps Ivey a lot and she trusts him more than just about anybody once she gets to know him.
Justin and Corey
Ivey's cousins. Their mother is her dad's half sister, Misty. Justin is 16 and very protective of Ivey. Loves her a lot and they have similar tastes in music. Corey is 13 and loves to goof off with Ivey. He also has a similar music taste to Ivey. Ivey trusts them a lot and they know this and are always there for her if she needs them.
Kashmir
Ivey's closest friend. She previously went to school with Ivey's sister before getting herself kicked out. 17 years old is always there for Ivey. Protective of Ivey and considers her her real sister.
Mac and Nancy
Ivey's dad's step mom and real dad. Are trying to get custody of her against her wishes only so they can get her social security from where her dad passed away. Mac seems to care about Ivey but Nancy doesn't. Aren't close with Ivey and Ivey no longer trusts them.
Ronnie Radke
Lead singer of Falling in Reverse. Eventually meets Ivey and they become very good friends. She trusts him and he would never take advantage of her. Protective of Ivey and loves her to death.
