What I'm Doing
THank you for clicking on this! As some of you may know, I have a youtube channel. I usually do book erviews, but I want to change it up a little bit. I really want to do a mini series called "The Truth About Mental Illness." My goal for this series is to inform perople and hopefully end stigmas that surround mental Illness. The topics I will cover are depression, anxiety, ocd, self harm, and rape. I am doing these ones so I can talk first hand about what it is like to have these or to have gone through it. I really want to pair first hand accounts alongside medical facts. What I want from you guys is to know what you think the biggest misconceptions are and what you wish people understood. If you have anything else that you would like to add, I would be honored to hear them. I will be sure to mention you in the video or keep you completely anonymous if that is what you want. This is all about you. I just really want to help people and spread awareness of what it is really like to have mental illness.
