Too Young to Fall in Love.

I Had To Run Away High, So I Wouldn't Come Home Low

Ashley’s POV

“Babe!” I yell as I walk into our shared hotel room. “You ready?” I ask knowing we’re going to be heading to Sinner’s Dungeon to party since we couldn’t really do much after the concert.

“Bathroom!” She yells back over Diamond Heart by Lady Gaga. I walk into the bathroom where she’s leaning over the vanity putting on makeup, wearing nothing but a black lacey bra and pantie set. A groan escapes my lips, earning the attention of the woman in front of me. “You alright there babe?”

“Why aren’t you ready?” I whine as I walk up to her, wrapping my arms around her waist; pulling her up against me. She just giggles as she tries to get out of my grasp. “And the wiggling is only making this a whole lot harder.”

“I can tell.” She laughs before turning around in my arms; wrapping hers around my neck. “But to answer you very whiny question; there was no way in hell I was getting outfit dirty with fall out so I yea, hence me in my bra and panties.”

“You had to wear my favorite pair, didn’t you?” I whine again, my lips hovering over hers.

“It’s my job to drive you bat shit crazy,” she chuckles. “Yea, I had to. I know you can’t resist me wearing these.”

“How about we have our own fun tonight?” I ask before kissing her neck, earning a soft moan from her. “Do we really need to party with everyone?”

“I promised.” She moans out as I continue further south; kissing her shoulder than her chest, only stopping at the hem of her bra. “You know I very rarely go back on my promises. Besides, I’ve got to hook Angel and Jake up.”

“I saw them after the concert, they don’t need your help.” My kisses go back up to her neck and that’s when she pushes me away. “But fine, we’ll go. You better make it up to me later on.”

“Don’t worry, rockstar.” She smiles before kissing my lips. “I will…”

Sin’s POV

“Your sister is actually kinda hot.” Sebastian yells over Cherry Pie earning a look from me. “What?”

“How much have you had to drink tonight?” I question him. “Your standards have seriously dropped.”

“She doesn’t get along with Charity.” Angel, leaning over Jake, tells Sebastian.

“Why is that?”

“She’s very possessive of that man on her arm.” Angel replies, pointing over to Ashley, who was in a deep conversation with CC. “Charity has a thing for Ashley and literally will stop at nothing to get him.”

“She’ll have to do more than dance around naked to get him.” I shrug, smirking.

“Isn’t that how you got him?” Emerson questions, laughing.

“Details, details.” I laugh, waving off the comment. Charity looks at me, glaring, as she works the pole. Her eyes flash over to Ashley, who at this point, has his right arm around my waist. A smirk appears on my lips, causing the glare to grow.

“You know she’ll make a scene, right?” Angel states. “She always does when it comes to Ashley.”

“What could she possibly say that Ashley doesn’t already know?” I ask her.

**

“I see you two are back together.” Charity says behind gritted teeth. “I never thought Ashley would be stupid enough to take this whore back; especially not after the shit she’s done.”

“Charity, just leave.” I roll my eyes as my step sister sits down with the group. “Ashley and I talked about everything that has happened. There is nothing you can add that’ll make Ashley suddenly hate me.”

“Isn’t there?” She smirks. “Not even the reason why you spiralled out of control.”

“I have no idea what you’re talking about.” I tell her but deep down, I do kind of know. I’m just hoping she’s talking about the wrong thing.

“Well I guess you started spiralling way before this seeing as though, your buddy Heroin is the reason you lost something special.” Fuck. “I’ll take your silence as a “don’t tell Ashley” thing.”

“Charity.” My mom warns her stepdaughter. “This isn’t your secret to tell. Leave it.”

“But shouldn’t your daughter’s boyfriend know she’s a murderer.”

“What’s she talking about, babe?” Ashley asks, looking at me. I sigh before getting up off the velvet cough, giving Ashley’s a look. “Sin you can tell me anything. I know about the drugs and I’m still here. So what’s the psycho talking about?”

“She killed your baby.” Charity blurts out, glaring at the two of us. “She killed it during her heroin binge.”

“That’s bullshit.” I spit before taking off, not bothering to look at Ashley’s reaction, or anyone else’s for that matter…

Ashley’s POV

“She’s nothing but a Nikki Sixx knockoff.” Charity scoffs as we watch Sin leave the VIP area. “But instead of killing herself, or nearly killing herself, she kills an innocent baby.”

“She didn’t kill the baby and you fucking know it.” Angel hisses as she gets up off the couch and turns to me. “Don’t listen to anything this fucking wretched woman has to say; anything that comes out of her mouth is a fucking lie.” With that she leaves to follow her best friend.

“Okay, I’m confused will someone clear this up.” I say, standing up, looking between Charity and Sin’s mother.

“This is something only Sin should tell you about.” Sin’s mother says, “follow her. She’ll clear everything up for you.” I get up off the couch and take off outside where I see Angel trying to calm down, a now hysterically Sin.

“She’s fucking right!” Sin screams. “I’m nothing but a fucking junkie; a female version of my father.”

“She doesn’t know the whole story, which is why she said what she said.” Angel says, trying to calm down her best friend. “You didn’t kill your baby. Heroin didn’t kill your baby. It was just stress and bad luck. And the only reason you spiralled out of control was because you lost the last thing tying you to Ashley and that scared you. But look, you have him back and he still loves you. You’re more than just a fuck to him.”

“She was always more than just a fuck to him.” I say, interrupting the two girls. Angel gives me a weak smile before kissing her hysteric best friend on the head.

“It’s time you talk about it; especially to him.” She says before leaving us alone.

“So what is she wanting us to talk about?” I ask her, as I sit down on the curb right next to her. “Does it have anything to do with the crazy lies Charity was saying?”

“I don’t know where to even start.” She says, staring blankly at the car in front of us. “I guess I should start from the beginning.”

“That’s usually a good place to start.” I attempt at a joke; she wasn’t laughing.

“A day after breaking things off with you, I packed up my apartment and dogs and took out to hide down here.” She starts. “I was heavily drinking and just partying all the damn time. It was a failed attempt at numbing the pain I was in. It was just a typical Friday night when I noticed a few things. I was spotting, having terrible cramps and was nauseous. I thought it was just signs of my period coming. I popped some pills and continued to get ready for the night. I was at my friend’s bar about to do something fucking stupid when my cramps got to be too much and I noticed very heavy bleeding. My friend smacked the needle away from me and took off my tourniquet before rushing me to the hospital. Apparently I was pregnant and now was losing the baby. Losing a baby, I didn’t know I was having, killed me. I felt as though I truly was losing everything. The miscarriage is what caused me to truly spiral out of control. Heroin became the only thing that seemed constant in my life. I lost my last tie to you, even if I didn’t know I still had that tie.”

“Why didn’t you tell me this?”

“Honestly? I didn’t think this would have ever been brought up.” She tells me. “I thought this would have been the one secret I take to my grave. But obviously Charity had other plans, plans that probably worked. You probably hate me so much right now.”

“Why would I hate you?”

“Because I killed our child.” She replies, sniffling. “Charity was right, I’m a murderer.”

“You can’t be responsible for this.” I tell her. “You can’t kill something you thought didn’t exist. I can’t hate you for anything you’ve done. Madisyn, I can never hate you.”

“Promise?”

“Just promise me, no more secrets.” I beg her as I pull her into a hug. “No more hiding and no more running. Please promise me this.”

“I promise…”
