I wake up to the smell of food. I roll over and there stands Andy with breakfast bagels and coffee in hand.
" Morning Sunshine. Here is some aspirin for that headache I know you have to have. " He smiles as he hands me the aspirin and my coffee.
" Thanks. You would think after drinking enough banging some stranger then drinking some more on repeat for two weeks that I would handle my drinks better but nope. " I giggled and I hurried and too the pills.
I looked at Andy and he looked a little hurt.
" Did I say something wrong? " I asked concerned.
" No I uh I gotta leave. I will see you around. I put my number in your phone. " he said softly and left.
As he walked outside i watched him through my window and all he did was sit down on my lawn and stare off at the road.
I quickly jumped up grabbed my long black sweater dress and white thigh high socks put them on and threw on some black combat boots and ran outside and plopped down next to him.
" You know your a bad Liar Andy. " I said lighting a cigarette.
" Lying about what? " He said as he took a long drag from his .
" I said something that upset you. " I said exhaling smoke.
" Well Yeah a little bit. I just I feel like there's something some sort of connection between us . I guess I'm the only one who feels it. So when I hear that I'm falling for the female version of Ash. It kinda Crushes me. Just don't worry about its ok I mean after all. I am just a good friend to you. " He said throw his bud down as a car pulled up.
" Well that's my ride. See ya around Gem. " He waved and got into the car.
I suddenly felt my heart break a little. I was so blinded by my walls that I couldn't see a genuine person for who they where.
I tried to call him but he kept sending me to voicemail.

Way to Go Onyx you dump drunk. Fucked up again.
I walked back into the house packed a bag and locked the door.
I Just gotta get outta here man.
I got in my car and punched in Vegas in my GPS.....

I didn't bother telling anyone where I was going.
No One is gonna get this girl down...
