Taking place in a dystopian future where surgeries are handed out like ice cream cones and personal debt is on the rise as people take out loans to pay for their cosmetic fixes. GeneCo, a bio-genetic super company, run by the Cerulli's and his three children, is happy to give out loans to pay for the surgeries, but if you miss a payment, the Repo Man is sent to your house and either takes back the organ that you had transplanted or mutilates you.

At the same time, there’s a rise in addiction to a painkiller called Zydrate — which comes in a little glass bottle — as addicts scramble to find the Graverobber (Jinxx) and beg him for the tiniest sample. It's a world where everyone is either entirely plastic, numb or both, and the Repo Man's daughter, Shiloh , is slowly learning this horrific truth.

Shiloh (o/c), is a seventeen year old girl who has been amassed from the outside world due to her farthers controlling nature. Though Shiloh may also have some might say, 'debilitating' health issues, what are these issues exactly and how did the come to be? As Shiloh matures, she recognises the controll that she lacks over her life and escapes her farthers usually watch full eye. First meeting her 'first' romance, to then a grave robber, what secrets will this seventeen year old unfurl.

Both Shiloh and her 'love' getting into predicaments along the way, including being hiddden from the repo man who is trying to posses one of her 'loves' organs, that being his heart… Shiloh and Andy’s (yep thats her first love) relationship starts to bloom but at what cost. Will the repo man get to him for his organs, will shiloh find out the truth about her farther and gene.co?
