More Than One

Watching Andy leave all I could think was good riddance.
He’s not good for us we are better alone. Fuck what Flynn says people are rude and inconsiderate.
I was pulled from my thoughts as the phone rang. I picked it up and it was Flynn.
“Hello Flynn.”
“Hunter?”
“Yes.”
I sighed out of frustration because i knew what was to come.
“How are you?”
“Fine”
“What happened with Andrew?”
There’s no way he could know what just happened or anything so what does mean “what happened” mean? He always thinks something happens or that I do something.
“What do you mean?”
“Well, did he meet you? Does he know about Sara’s DID.”
I scoffed
“She told him.”
“Really!?” he exclaimed. Obviously happy about this news.
“Yeah.” I said obviously not happy.
“Do you not like that she told him?”
“No. Why would I? He’s lazy, he dirtied the house, and he’s nosy. Why would I like someone like that.”
Flynn tried to hold the humor from his voice but failed
“Someone coughing in your house is dirtying it up to. Tell me what he did Hunter.”
I shook my head even though he couldn’t see me
“You wouldn’t understand and i’m busy i have to go-”
“Nooo you don’t. Answer me or I will drive over there and pry it from you.”
Knowing he really would drive 30 minutes to come and bother me about this I gave up and decided to tell him.
“He got his shirt dirty from dinner and just swiped it on the floor then Sara offered for him to stay the night and he did. I woke up and he was in my bed half naked! He also slept till 9:30. He’s ridiculous nosy by asking me 20 questions in a minute. He isn’t good for us so I kicked him out.”
Flynn was silent for a little bit then responded.
“Hunter. Some people aren’t as tedious with being clean like you are and some people like to sleep in a lil. It’s not a big deal and he probably was worried about you that’s why he asked so many questions. Let’s also try to remember how sometimes you blow things out of proportion. Take a step back and look at the scene from a third person point of view and see if what he did was really that bad. In my opinion he’s great for you all and i’d love to meet him again.”
I grunted in response. Flynn can be really stupid sometimes.
“Give him a second chance. Sara told him about her disorder he must be really special. If not for the boy-”
“Andrew.”
“If not for Andrew then do it for Sara.”
He did have a point. Sara really did like this guy and it would probably hurt her more if i just took control and kicked him out of her life. I just really don’t like him.
“Fine.” I barked trying to hide my sensitivity.
“Good. I’m proud of you Hunter. I just wanted to call to see how things went I’ll let you go now. Call me if you need anything.”
“K.”
“Bye.”
And with that I hung up.


Andy’s POV

I started my car and headed home. I checked the time and sar that it was 12 now. Better start my schedule early to get my mind off of Sara. I started with some stuff my manager needed me to do on my laptop then moved to writing lyrics. After I wrote 4 new songs I made myself a snack and had the Skype interview with Kerang.
After the interview i saw that it was two thirty. Sighing I stared at my phone pondering if I should call Sara… or whoever answers.
I grabbed it and opened her contact. Staring at the green call button i shook my head.
Hunter was really mad at me and to be fair i was being a little pushy.
I sighed….again and decided to send her a text.

Me: Hey Sara or whoever i just wanted to say im sorry. I’m just a little worried about you. Anyway i’d love to hear from any of you. Maybe we could finish the meet n greet, haha see what i did there?

Laughing at my own joke i hit send and waited.

2 hours later i didn’t really get anything done. I couldn’t stop thinking about her. I checked my phone again for atleast the 200th time and there were still no text back.
What if she’s hurt?
What is someone hurt her?
Did she lose her phone?
Is he or she really that mad at me?Frustrated i got the guts to call her to make sure she was ok.

“I’m sorry but the person’s phone you have tried to contact is no longer in service-”
I hung up and threw my phone across the room”
She gave me a fake number?!
Fine if she really didn’t like me that much then i won’t care anymore.
But it doesn’t make sense. Why would she tell me about her disorder if she didn’t care? She’s so confusing!!
I felt defeated and worthless. Maybe she will call me with her real number but all i could do was hope.
