Darkest Time

Chapter 14: Back To This Place, Jinxx's POV

I was sitting on the plane with the boys, Andy and Jake had falling asleep and I was still looking out the window. I didn't want to go back to the house. I went back with my older brother to go face my past and get some things that we left behind when we left that horrible house. It was all boarded up when my brother and I went there and we had to find a place to get in. I closed my eyes, in a few hours I'll be back to my home town.

We ended up renting a car at the airport and getting everything we brought with us to the house. I was the one driving since I knew where to go. It's scary to think that they were here. That house wasn't as bad as it was when I was a kid but it still gave me horrible nightmares to the point I never wanted to go back to it. Who knows how long the girls been in that house. It was creepy all on it's own and now they were locked in a house with a vampire? I pulled into the driveway of the house and looked up at it. I didn't like this one bit, the memories of my childhood still haunted me. Damn this house.

"So this is the place then? How do we get into it?" Andy got out of the car and walking up to the steps of the house and looking around. The door was unboarded so he looked at us. "Grab the stuff that we need, since this is a big house we all need to go off looking. Who knows where the girls can be." I handed Andy his bag and he put it on before we all walked into the house.

It was weird being in this house again and then I seen something, in three different colors, there were paint and our names. The Mystic, The Mourner and The Prophet. I could tell this been here for a while so that they been planning this since day one. My color was red and leading upstairs. I had a feeling that it was red for a reason. I'm not liking this at all. Andy's color was blue and Jakes color was green. I looked at the boys before the colors. I knew what the game was now and I think Jake and Andy did too.

"I see so they don't have the girls hitting in one area. We have to find them. Looks like mine leads to the basement of the house, Jake's to the back of the house and your is upstairs. If anything happens yell. We have no idea where Ashley can be. They want us alone, it will be easy on Ash to kill us." Andy went to walk off but we were stopped when Dante appeared and he had a sick smile on his face.

"Don't worry, Ashley isn't here yet. We have him somewhere else, though there is one opening and he will be getting into here. You three just seal your faith." He laughs in this dark voice. "Have fun, if he don't kill you guys too bad, I might just turn the rest of you into vampires. It sucks that your other brother is so well protected. But I will teach you all what happens when you kill a vampire's mate." His eyes were dark and then we heard it, the windows and doors all locking shut and making sure we couldn't get out the easy way.

"Listen! I know what we did was wrong! Okay I think about that night, we could have done things different like send him off on his way or just get the girls out of his way. I know you're upset we killed him but really is all this needed? All this to get back at us? Turning our brother, kidnapping our girls, locking us in a house with a very hungry vampire on the way? Can't we just work it out between us? You and us that's the only people that were in that whole thing with Cole. Ashley and CC or our girls didn't know it!" Andy was just looking him dead in the eyes. I could see Dante's face he wasn't going to take up the offer.

"You guys don't get it, I fell in love with Cole in the 1800s, I been a vampire since 1700s and yeah I do have powers, I locked you all in this house. But I fell in love with him. I wanted him for so long and his parents were really hard to deal with since they were hunters. I met him when he was 15, he didn't have a easy life, he was an outcast and wanted to do things his own way. He was a sweet person, that's until they found out I was a vampire. They tried to kill their own son to make sure he wouldn't fall for me but it was too late he did. When he got so sick and couldn't move or talk or anything at the age of 17. I did what I did and turned him. I had him all my life until you three took him from me. So now this is where you three end. Don't worry I'll take care of Ashley and CC as I do with the rest of my group. And if you guys don't die it would be great to have you all too." That fast he disappeared and we just looked at each other.

"Find the girls, meet me in my old bedroom. We can think of a plan to get out of here. But right now we need to go save the girls. I have a feeling Alice is in my room or my mother's room. So go find Ella and Juliet and meet me upstairs." They all went off to find their girls. I walked up the stairs and looking around. It was so weird to be in this house.

I walk in the rooms and checking all of them. I couldn't find Alice in any of the bedrooms and there was only one more place to look and I didn't want to go up there. I walked to the middle of the hallway and open the door to go up to the place we kept the boxs. As I got to the top, I looked around. Things were still here for families that own the house. It was really creepy. I use my flash light looking around and that's when I had a sound.

"Go away! Don't come near me!" I smile, happy to hear Alice's voice. I could tell that she was scared but it was okay because I was here now.

"Alice! It's me, Jinxx!" She show out of no where and ran into my arms and just hugged me tightly. "Everything will be okay, the guys are here to get Ella and Juliet. Then we are all going to get out of this house before Ashley shows up."

"Ashley, is he okay? That girl brought him into their hide out and he looked so weak and upset. He wouldn't talk to anyone and then Dante had him taking away. Said that he needed Ashley for something. The girl was really upset, she was crying and screaming at them for taking him away but that was about it. Then we were put in this house and told to stay where we were or they would kill us. I want to go home Jinxx!" I just hugged her and picked her up, carrying her to my room and waiting for the other guys to show up.

"Don't worry, we will get home. I won't let anything happen to you or the others." I waited and looked around. There had to be a way out of here.

Jinxx found Alice now they just have to get the other two girls. Where's Ashley at? And no we found out why Dante is so pissed off that Cole was killed.
