Jenn’s POV

I could tell Andy had a lot to say about our round of paintball. By the time we got out of there the sun was setting, I grabbed Andy’s hand and quickly made my way to the Ferris wheel. “I've always wanted to ride one of these when the sun sets. You know like in the movies?” I looked over at Andy the second we got into the line. He just stared at me smiling like an idiot “What?”

“Nothing…” He continued to smile at me. I just ignored it because it was our turn to get on the Ferris wheel. Andy and I sat down and we were off to the top. Once we got to the top it stopped, Andy turned slightly to me,

“Hey, can I ask you something?”

“Yeah, what you wanna know?”

“Where did you learn that...You know back at the paintball course. I-i um…” Andy is really having a hard time asking me, maybe I surprised him a little too much?

“Oh um, well you see when I was twelve I met my first ex-boyfriend Sean. One day I made him mad and he beat me in a way. Well after beating me to the point I was barely conscious, he drove me to this alleyway, which I'm sure is a druggy dumping ground really. I’m not exactly sure where it was, but there was a man whom had found me lying in the mud and he took me in, cleaned me up and taught me how to protect myself…” Talking about Johnny I couldn’t help but let a smile creep onto my face. My eyes began to water at the thought of my older brother. The man who introduced me to Black Veil Brides and the other bands.

Andy’s POV

When Jenn was talking about the guy who had taken her in when she was little, she had a smile upon her face and her eyes were glowing. I couldn’t but help silently thank that man, without him I might not have ever met Jenn and at this point in time, I couldn’t imagine my life without her in it.

I gently reached my hand out and moved her chin up towards me. “I’m glad to have met you. For some reason the second I met you I knew you were different. You shine above everyone else. You speak your mind. You're a pro at shooting people in the nuts. Which remind me to never piss you off by the way...” We both laughed. I was going to continue on but Jenn cut me off

“Andy, what are you trying to say” She tilted her head slightly to the right,
“I’m trying to say this...” I wrapped my arm around her waist, pulling her close to me. I brought my lips to hers, she was shocked at first but quickly wrapped her arms around my neck. The ecstasy I felt when our lips came together was something I had never felt before. I smiled into the kiss, I never wanted this kiss to ever end, but we both needed to breathe sadly. God damn oxygen always has to ruin the good things.

We pulled apart and Jenn smiled up at me. “I wish this night would never end,” She said as she wrapped herself in my arms, resting her head on my chest. I too wish this night would never end. Our Ferris wheel ride ended shortly after our kiss and we played a couple of games. Which I’ll let you know, that this time I was able to take control and win her a stuffed koala wearing a leather jacket and sunglasses.

We left shortly after that. The drive back to the buses was spent in a comfortable silence. Once we got there Jenn turned in her seat before getting out of the car

“Thank you, Andy, if it weren't for tonight I’d probably still be in that bus on the couch a total mess. You helped me realize that I do have people in my life that love and care about me” She leaned over and gave me a quick kiss on the lips. I closed my eyes and cherished the time with her I had.

“I-I love you” the words left my mouth before I even realized it. Jenn was quiet so I quickly opened my eyes. And she was already out of the car. Yup I just told an empty seat I love it and I meant it. I quickly hopped out of the car, figuring it was best to keep my confession to the seat, well to myself for the time being. I ran up to where she was waiting and wrapped my arm around her shoulder, heading back towards the bus
“What took you so long?” Jenn looked up at me, tilting her head in that ever so cute way she does.

“Oh, well I had trouble with my seat belt...” I lied, but for now, all she needs to know is I’m a weirdo.

We stood right in front of the bus door and Jenn stopped me before we got on, “Tonight has been so perfect, I’ll always remember it” as she hugged the koala to her chest.

“I’ll always remember how beautiful you made tonight” I pulled her close to me and brought my face down to her’s, slowly bringing our lips together for a long passionate kiss. I could literally kiss this girl all day if she’d let me.

“Do we have to go back. I don’t want tonight to end...” She said resting her head on my chest.

“I’m afraid we have to, you know how Jinxx gets, and besides there are going to be plenty more nights like tonight, I promise” I smiled down at her and held the door open for her, bowing.

“You’re such a dork” We both laughed as we got on to the bus. I was completely focused on Jenn when she suddenly stopped in her place. With the look of shock, and sadness on her face. Confused I followed her gaze and was shocked myself.

“I’ve missed you!” My wife, Juliet said.
